The billing department for this entity is located in ********, *********. Their direct phone number is **************. They deliver their bills by text message. I had been having physical therapy twice a week. These sessions were paid for by my insurance company. There is one date in November 2022 where it appears that the billing department did not send in a claim for physical therapy. That date was November 3 for $240. All other dates show a net balance of $0. I cannot get through to the billing department at all to ask them to fix this problem. I will not pay this bill until after it has been submitted to my insurance company. My customer id is *******. The address for the billing department is : Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, Spokane ***** *******************************************************. Phone **************. The billing department never answers its phone. It makes you wait while other callers are being "handled", and then it puts you straight to voicemail.Business response

Good morning, please be informed that all claims for **************, were billed to his carrier and paid; however, for date of service 11/3 the carrier denied his claim, stating not covered by payer. We are appealing this date with BCBS at this time. We understand ****************** frustration with not being able to connect with our office, unfortunately, we are short staffed due to illness and tend to have a high call volume this time of year due to benefit plans resetting the 1st of the year. We will follow up with ************** and advise him he has no patient responsibility at this time as we consider this balance pending with his carrier Blue Cross. This begun Oct 28 2021 to Dec 29 2021 . Ten phyiscal therapy they over charged me on copays . $40 is what they had me pay . In December I found that copays shoud have been $20 . They owe me a refund of $130 . There billing was supposed to a check months ago , but the ones cutting checks are not doing what there account personal are telling them.
