Sefnco was hired as a sub-contractor to ******* to install fiber cable in our neighborhood. They tore up my yard, hired a sub-contractor of their own for concrete work and won't take responsibility to correctly and adequately fix my landscaping. It's been over two months and no resolution.Initial Complaint

Sefnco came out to my rental property early November 2021 to install cable for my tenant. While there they used the houses outdoor hose bib (what you connect garden hoses to) to wash the mud off their shoes. During this they broke the bib and failed to report it. I had water gushing for 48 hours before tenant realized the issue. I had the bib fixed but it also needed to be welded to pipe and cost me over $800. Ive been in touch with ******* and sefnco for the last year trying to get it replaced. As soon as I sent the bill to ******* at sefnco and the water usage, he blocked me and I cant get through to him or anyone from the company. All lines go to a answering machine or hangup when you call. I want them to pay for repairs.
