            A business license search with the Washington State Department of Revenue and Washington Secretary of State failed to provide business license information for a business operating as Kshatn. Research by BBB revealed the advertised address is a single-family home located in a residential neighborhood. As of September 22, 2021, Kshatn has not responded to complaints submitted to BBB by consumers.

            Complaints can be filed with Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org and the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
