On April 17th I ordered a bark collar for Luxipaws. My credit card was charged $80.10 for order number LUX021546. I have never received the order. It was supposed to ship to:******************** **********************************************. I have attempted to contact them via their contact us support Email and I completed the online contact us form 2x. That is 3x I have contacted them asking for confirmation or details or tracking of my purchase. There is no phone number to reach them and this is clearly a scam. You can't get ahold of them for remedy. I simply want me credit card credited for the purchase that was never sent. My information is **************** *******************************************. 3/09/2024 bought a bark collar. Before I received it I took my dog to the doctor for his excessive barking from 8am until 8pm. His vet. Have him Prozac for anxiety. It worked so I dont need collar. You are asking for contracts, receipts etc. They dont provide anything nor do they give a phone number or answer. Trying to use email luxipaws.com. (Says not valid) luxipaws.com/support (not valid) everyone I was able to find not available. I want to know where to return this collar (they dont provide an address on their website)and my time is running out. After I ordered from them I read they were a scam company.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product from this company that I was not satisfied with. I returned the purchase for a full refund. According to the tracking number for the return, they received the product but have not refunded my money. I have been in contact through email with the company. They have asked me to open a PayPal account for the refund, but I do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to open a PayPal account. I paid the company with a credit card and I wish to have the money returned to me with a credit card. I purchased the item in February 2023, it is now July 2023 and I still do not have my refund.Customer response

We purchased the invisible radius fence collars on the second week of May 2023.. we paid almost $200 for this product.. the collars will not accept battery charge at all ************ said that we have exhausted the 30-day risk free trial period,There is no warranty of the product for being defective ?? Either way there's no phone number to contact the company... We received the email to contact customer support without a phone number... We were also told the shipping time does accumulate as part of the 30-day trial period.... There are no training remotes you have to carry the base unit around your yard... How would it be possible to take one dog to a training facility and protect the other dogs at home?? They offered no solution except we're stuck with a $200 product that does not work.... Our objective is to protect our beloved pets and train them about the dangers of the road... We live in the country and only wanted to protect our animals from the vehicles and pedestrians who access this country road.... ************ does not care about any of that....they will not return the money or offer a better product when we were willing to spend more money.....This is a very cheaply made product and it's advertised as the best on the market...Please feel free to contact us at any time.Initial Complaint

On 03/11/23 I purchased a 2 in 1 wireless fence and training collar for my dogs from Luxipaws for $168. I received the product and it was defective. After contacting the company for assistance and troubleshooting it was proven that the product was inoperable. Per the return policy I repackaged the product in its original box and fully returned all equipment and paid for the S&H. I then notified the company of the tracking information and I followed up after it arrived at their facility on 03/30/23. I continued to wait and received no information or refund. I then recontacted them on 04/09/23 via email because they do not have a contact number available to customers. I was informed their payment gateway was down and there would be a delay. I waited longer. Still had no communication from the company and had to email again on 04/17/23. They continue to say their gateway is down and the only means of a return would require me to submit my PayPal information to them. It is 05/08/23 and I still have yet to receive any communication from them or a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a dog training collar and I purchased the wrong item, I need bark collar. I have made multiple emails with no response to return this. I got. Email in the beginning then when I stated I need to return the item I have not received any response.
