      I purchased a game card membership for one year. I have put at least $550 on this card and have used it for months with no issues playing games to earn points for my son to get prizes. About a month ago I went to a location to find my card deactivated without reason or notice. When asked why the management provided me a number to call. When I called the number they informed me they can do nothing with the cards but can have a store call me. I asked to have the ********* location contact me as that was the last location I used the card at. I never received a call. I called the door l store myself and provided my contact info and reason for calling, never receiving a call back. I went back to the ******** location today to find my card still deactivated. Talked to the manager and she claimed that it was deactivated by corporate and the only way to get it re-activated was to call the number she provided. It was the same number as last time and went through the exact same procedure again with no resolution. I have money and points on the card that I cannot use or redeem and have been given no reasoning as to why or how to resolve it. I want my money back that I've put on this card. This is completely unprofessional.

      I believe my friends and I have been discriminated against and received unfair treatment without explanations yesterday night in Round 1 in *********, **********. When we tried to redeem the point cards that our friend referred us as gifts, *****, whose title was "Amusement Manager" came over and first told us that we can not redeem it because our Round1 card doesn't show a record. After we told her we will have our friend to redeem it for us. She locked the card without notification nor explanations (at first saying 10 mins but then she said she will lock it forever) because she thinks we are suspicious. When we tried to justify ourselves, she refused to communicate and provide any rules/ evidence to support her suspicion. I'm concerned that this is a possible discriminating incident for the following reasons:1. We've always been around in Round 1 ************ and even some workers recognize me and my boyfriend. 2. We are a constant and loyal customer of ******************** 1, we have Round 1 cards for almost every location around LA and the ** area. If Round 1 is able to trace the records, we have been constantly putting credits into the cards. When we told the Amusement Manager ***** yesterday to look into the records, she refused to without giving a reason.3. We have redeemed points with point cards multiple times before and have never had a problem with it, We understand that since this round1 card has no record we cannot redeem the points. However, what's the point of locking our card that has **** points and 400 credits in it still without giving any explanation but thinking we are suspicious?4. For the whole time, we were open to conversation but ****** was not cooperating at all, she refused to listen but repeated to file an inquiry online.The Amusement Manager ***** imposed unwarranted punishment on us without giving valid justification or even communicating. I've contacted Round1 to report this incident but no one replied so far.

      The company has a scooter on display as though it could be won as a prize. Upon spending hundreds of dollars to get the tickets to win this prize I am told they are not available.

      Please be careful when purchasing parties with them. They are not up front about everything like the minimum people required for certain parties. They also don't tell you that if it is a 10 person minimum and you only have 6 people then you still have to pay for the other four. I would definitely try going somewhere else and using Round 1 as a last resort. Bad business and you just opened.

      My friend and I went to bowl on Sunday, 11/27/2022 at Round1 in *********, **. After we paid ***** each for 90 minutes of bowling is when the staff realized the lights werent working on the only two available lanes. We of course asked for a refund, and were denied. I stated numerous times that that a refund was required due to the fact that the staff had not inspected the lanes prior to us paying. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. They proceeded to give us each one card for a free game at a later date. One game is **** and we paid ***** each. I believe a refund in the amount of ***** is justified. They basically took our money and then were extremely belligerent when I kept pointing out that their equipment was faulty.

      On August 27th 2022, my husband and I went to this round one location and spent over $200. We purchased one of the reloadable game cards at the kiosk. We played games for sometime and loaded the card a total of 2times. During our time there, the **** went out, and they also lost water. At this time we were told we had to leave. Which we were fine with, we still had around 600 credits on our gamer card and we decided we would come back on a later date to use them. So we left and came back on August 31st, 2022z we sat down and played 1 game that cost 9credits each. We spent a total of 18 credits on this game. Then our reloadable card said we had 1 credit left. Which didnt add up. Since we left on the 27th with over 600, only using 18 should not have cleared out the card. I reached out to round one, and I got an email back from the ** ********************************he asked how he could help so I explained the situation to him. He then replied with what my card said, which again still doesnt help me,l. When I told him I get that but it still doesnt explain why I lost all my credits for games he ignored my response. I feel not only like I was scammed out of money but I also feel that its not professional to ignored your customers when they have a valid issue. I would like a refund, but as I said the ** will not respond.

      *************************** is absolutely unfit to be a manager. Absolutely incapable of doing her job. She discriminates against other nationalities. She sold us a faulty lane and didn't want to give us our money back. We lost $41. Never felt more humiliated and discriminated against.
