Purchased my dress and paid in full on 7/29/2023. I was losing weight and was advised to wait to order my dress until closer to my wedding date. I went back in and was sized and my dress was ordered. The employee told me that they were moving locations but that my dress would be in either right before or right after the move. The new open date is on their ******** with a date in May. I have tried calling and leaving voicemails, I have sent emails, messaged on ******** and Instagram and I have gotten zero response. Now on ****** it says permanently closed. All I have been asking for is communication and they have not even been able to provide this. When you call their voicemail says they are still processing orders too. At this point I either want my dress or my money back to purchase a new one.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is minimally satisfactory to me.
Did I receive a refund? Yes I did. However they were not honest with me at all. They are not permanently closed like **** told me on the phone. They have changed the name to Beyond Le Veils and moved locations. I didnt want to believe it so I drove to the new location and you can clearly see their decor from the old location and lights were on inside. I feel like this is information others need to know. Because they waited so long to tell me my dress was never ordered (which Im not sure I believe), I am unable to wear an actual wedding dress on my wedding day. All the bridal shops told me that it is too close to my wedding for them to order anything in for me. My dress is black and that makes it hard for me to purchase directly off the rack.
I feel lied to, and cheated out of the most important part of my wedding day.The only reason I am saying I am satisfied is because I got my money back, and the only reason I got it back was because of the initial complaint with the BBB.

I bought my wedding dress on 05/20/2023 with the promise it would arrive in a couple of days after checking in with the owner ****, who screamed at me over the phone saying I would revive my dress whenever it gets there which he did not have a date for. They then informed me they never had the dress and it was never on the way, which was promised to me by the owner that it was arriving soon. I demanded a refund on 05/27/2023 arms have yet to revive my money back. This business is barely surviving off of the brides that come Im hoping for a dream dress and instead its all a scam. Im one of probably about 20 in the last three months to not reconvene their money back for a dress that never arrived.Business response

Client did purchase a dress, a veil and a sash on 5/20/23. The sash and veil we had in stock. But the dress, we needed to order a different size. On the 1st day of the week, Monday, we placed the order with our supplier via email. They did not inform us till the end of the week that it was not available any longer.
Client took the veil home and left the sash for us to attach to her dress when it arrived.
Cleint kept calling asking about the dress, and we informed it is on the way, as was the normal procedure with this supplier. When we were informed it was not available, we told the client that we could alter the dress we had in stock at no cost to her. (an $800 value). She refused and asked for a refund.
On 6/1/23 we issued the refund for the dress and sash but not the veil as she had that in her possession.
We would never keep a client's funds if we could not supply the item they ordered.
We informed client that it take a few days for the refund to show in her account. Furthermore, we issued it on June 1st.
On June 5th she called yelling and sent a threatening email saying we stole from her, and she would have all her associates bad mouth us by placing dozens of negative reviews. (read the email).
As of 6/10/23 her and her associates left over 10 negative fraudulent reviews. Even though she received her refund for the dress and sash.
It is a lie and slander that she claims we have numerous clients without refunds.
Our attorneys will be filing suit if she does not remove the slanderous and false reviews promptly.
