1. I purchased maybe 5+ plants at different time this spring to summer( wisterias and clematis) from plants4home.com. All of them came well packaged and in excellent condition. Since then I order five more plants simply because I trust their quality of plants and packaging and the fact their plants survived even during the prolonged heat wave this year.2. I did find their email system is bogged down with hundreds of emails, just like most other smaller operations. If you have questions or needing customer service help, your best bet is contacting their communication coordinator ****** for prompt response. ( BBB does not allow phone number to be included in the review) I strongly vouch for ******. She is super responsible, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm now realizing I'm not the only customer who has repeatedly reached out via email (they don't answer the phone) about my dead plants, and has not heard back AT ALL from them. $121 down the drain.Review from Howard M

The Snow Fever hellebores arrived in perfect condition, well packed & happy. They're gorgeous! Had concerns re shipping as after ordering, was away w my mail on hold. Contacted the Plants4Home folks who handled the situation effectively w great communication. Thank you muchly.Review from Cherie C

************ is a scam ************ is a scam. Advise to use other companies after researching. Placed an order and was charged on my CC. Order was never shipped. Tried twice to contact the company. BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam website, they will not ship you plants. I placed an order for two plants (Clematis cirrhosa var. balearica) on October 2 of this year. My payment was processed through Paypal, and the funds taken from my account. I have emailed several times to see when they would ship, and later to request a cancellation and refund, but to no avail. I highly recommend staying as far away from their online store as possible you will lose your money and have nothing to show for it.Review from Natalia P

Just GREAT! This is my second order in Plants4Home and I absolutely happy with both. This time I ordered hostas. Plants arrived very carefully packed, only paper used. Great condition! Healthy happy plants! Very helpful customer service, responding all my concerns. Next addition to my garden will be from this nursery :)
