  Date: 6/17/23 Amount paid: $466.30 Want to file a complaint due to the demeanor of the **** who impounded my car. He was unprofessional, uncourteous and unsympathetic to my situation. He did not allow me to pay him on site. He rudely said he had the legal right to take my car and store it. I insisted he put my car down but did not care and continued on saying he had the authority to remove my car and charge me more fees. He said I was disrupting his evening after he had me leave my daughter's party and guests. I had to follow him to his yard only to get the shock of my life. He charged me a whopping total of $466.30 for towing and storage fees of less in 1 hour. I was not expecting the ungodly amount but what got me was his cocky entitlement to abuse and treat people with no respect or courtesy. Not to mention he did not have the correct information on the Right of Redemption form and failed to provide and explain the 2nd page which allows me to request a hearing. He kept telling me about his rights and never mentioned what my rights were. He charged without a conscience and did not even do the paperwork right. I would like the world to know of his poor people skills and zero ***** towards a family who was celebrating their daughter's graduation and birthday.

  Regarding Mr. *************** Complaint about my Company. on July 17th 2023 @ 5:52 pm I received a Call from the ****** *********** about an Abandon vehicle in an Alley at ******************. Upon arriving at that address, I seen a 2014 ***** Accord blocking the Alley so I went to the next Block. I had to back down the alley to the vehicle as it was blocking the alley.
  I was told by YPD that the Vehicle had been reported to Parking enforcement. and they had attempted to contact the Registered Owner with no success. Then Parking enforcement then contacted YPD to have the Vehicle impounded. Thats when we were called. we did NOT make the decision to have the Vehicle Impounded the Police did.  As I was loading the Vehicle someone came out the back door of **** and informed me that the Owner of the Vehicle was coming.At that point I had already been given impound paperwork.
  ************** demanded I drop the car. I had been instructed to impound the car. The ****** requires that I only release the Vehicle to Legal or Registered owner. And there needs to be paperwork confirming that and I take copies of identification to prove who I release it to as I do not have a printer in my tow trucks it all needs to be done in our tow office.
  ************** went into a rant that I was ruining his party. I remarked he needed to take accountability for his actions as I did not block the alley with my unattended vehicle. He then told me he was following me to my office. Which is his right I suggested that he give me 45 minutes, as there was release paperwork to do. He chose to follow me. I needed to drop his Vehicle off at my impound yard that completes his tow. He was there trying to hurry me again telling me how I had ruined his party. We then went to my Office he waited as I did the paperwork. that I did myself instead of calling in my office staff. that would have taken even more time.
  
  My company has a letter of appointment. Which states that I will charge the same rates to everyone.

  These fees are handed to us from the State Patrol changing every year .
