Filled out online form for getting a quote on 9/6/23 Was provided the quote on 9/14/23 According to Bartelt I signed and "Submitted" the quote on 9/21/23 They contacted me on 9/24 about setting up a time to do the work I called twice on 9/25/23 at 9:44am and was told they were busy and would call back later, they never did so I called again at 4:18pm that same day and had the conversation about never sending in the contract and that it was a mistake that they shouldn't have it. I then cancelled said contract and that was it or so I thought.-Received an Invoice on 10/20 or 10/21/23 in the mail for 10% of the original bid that I don't feel I am obligated to pay. They did not perform any work on my driveway.Business response

In response to ********************** complaint on what he calls a deceptively acquired contract.
Estimate request date: 9/6/2023
Estimate proposal received date: 9/14/2023
Quote signed and accepted 9/21/2023
Immediately after signing quote **************** received this message
On 9/21/2023 ***************************, Estimator sent a follow up email Thanking **************** for his signed proposal and **** would be in touch with him soon to schedule.
After all paperwork was put through both offices, scheduler called **************** 9/24/2023 to schedule. At this point we still havent heard anything about the accidental signing of the contract.
**************** calls back 9/25/2023 now saying he never signed his contract
As you can see from Mr. ******* use of your website he is very fluent with a computer and did not accidentally sign his contract. He had another company pave his approach immediately.
