I would give ZERO stars. Ashley has been awful to deal with. I bought a sofa, ottoman, dresser, rug, and small coffee tables. The dresser came damaged and incomplete. I still don't have all of the parts to the dresser. Two of my rooms now have scuffs and scratches on the floors. The rug came stained. They sent a second rug, it looks like it was dragged across a dirty floor. Their response was 'that's how the rug is made.' It's been three weeks and the third party handling the in-home damage hasn't responded. The delivery people left their dolly. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT go to Ashley.Review from Scott W

Customer services salesman very tricky… take advantage of an older senior…. Charge us $134.00 more for an insurance did not display at the time of purchase and we did not needed. Have to talk to manager to return our money
