In my opinion, Bulldog Auto has really been slipping in the last several months, both in their job performance and their customer service. After being a loyal customer, and spending thousands at their establishment this year alone, I have been told off 2 times by the owner's father (who works the counter), and once by the owner because I have had to bring the vehicle back for something they have either broken while fixing what they were supposed to be fixing, or for the same problem persisting after I've paid them to fix it. Last week, the father asked me why I am always complaining, but when I asked him to tell me what I am always complaining about, he changed the subject and I never got an answer for that (lol). A couple days ago, the owner raised his voice at me and told me to take my car elsewhere from now on. I told him that I totally plan to but first I would like them to fix what they've broken in the name of "fixing" something else. He started arguing with me, so I hung up on him. He did call back later after I said he was going to be getting bad reviews from me. He left a voicemail saying he wanted to take care of the problems but I think not because he is a reputable business owner, but more because I told him I was gonna leave him bad reviews.I have never been anything but polite and businesslike when I bring it back for these repairs, even though it is hard for me to get a ride there to drop it off and back, and while they have it I am losing money because I cannot work.I have so much more to add to this but I am limited here in characters allowed.I have always told everyone what a great place they are, it's unfortunate to have to say, but I've taken them off my list of dependable businesses in the area.
