Good Mornig , First of all, a cordial greeting, I am attaching the photos of my account statement where the ****** Bank continues to charge me $37.00 daily. We are in a difficult situation where the companies are closing, and the abuse of the ****** Bank is sinking **, therefore I do not I'm going to give away my money that I don't have to ****** Bank, it's an abuse. The accident was on sep/16/2022 the total of the loan owned was: (No payment has been issued yet. A power of attorney was mailed to you on ****. You need to sign that power of attorney and send it to Copart. I previously supplied you with the address for Copart. Once Copart receives the power of attorney, I will issue a payment to Blackhawk Bank for $21,937.00 which is the actual cash value of your vehicle after the deductible.) that was the payoff so they now are asking for three late payments. I don't owe them anything but less than $400. We lost a car we need to buy a car so I called them to get the balance owned they told me $21 something which made the even amount of balance, I did not have any money left for a down payment for another car, so they told me a wrong amount or they overcharge to affect my credit score.Business response

This customer had a vehicle loan with ** and totaled the vehicle in an accident on 9/16/2022. The banks principal payoff of the vehicle at that time was $22,768.93. This payoff was sent to the insurance adjuster.
The insurance company valued the vehicle using the mileage and year of the vehicle at $21,937.00. This caused a remaining balance of principle of $831.93. Current payoff with accrued interest and late fees is $1,068.48.
The customer Stop Paid a payment in October 2022 and did not respond to numerous phone call and letter attempts. We finally located a phone number and have talked to her several times in December explaining the process. The customer refused to make any arrangement for payment and the loan is currently 109 days past due.
We currently have been attempting to reach her with a 12-month repayment settlement arrangement.
Please note, that the customer is always responsible for any unpaid, remaining loan balance when the payoff of an insurance claim is inadequate.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Sorry I am not agree with their poor explanation of the big difference on the remaining balance please ask them why they made it too high? I want details I will love a clear explanation or something like that that will make sense on all the extra charges from my thinking of $400 to $1500 that they want to still from me. I did not know how to use the system and I sliced yes agreed with their poor explanation on this case thus all the affected areas of my life from thinking about this loan as a responsibility for my family.

I made a claim because they withdrew $2,300 and they have not been able to resolve any of that money and they have not returned it to me and they do not resolve anything and I see that as if it were a fraud by the bank. I use this medium to see if you Can you help me, if not definitively, tell me if I have to go to the **** If they take evidence, I have what comes in and out of money.
