I purchased a 2 bedroom skyline manufactured vacation home on 8/4/2021. It has a 1 year warrantee. There are many problems I need fixed including no electrical power to the utility room, one bedroom and outside outlets to run my heat coil for my water pipe. The temperature here has been below 15 degrees already! This has been this way for over 3 months now. I have made several calls to Francois Schofelt at Skyline homes, ********************* at North country homes, ( this is where I purchased the home), and the contractor,( ***************************), who is suppose to be doing the repairs. What I have been told is, ( should be a couple more days, I will call you by the end of this week, you are next on my list, any day now, you are on the priority list) etc... As I said this has been going on for 3 months! I just want the stories to stop and have them do what they promised. We have been in contact with ************** and the home manufacturer, Skyline Homes. Skyline Homes is sending their warranty repair service technician to the home the week of 12/12/2021. ************** is aware that the repairs are scheduled to be made.Customer response

The warranty technician was at my property on 12/17/21. He called me at home and said he was going on vacation and couldnt do my repairs until January! The only thing he did was replace a GFCI outlet but when I went up there Saturday, I still didnt have power to 25% of the house. The re-set button wouldnt push in which means it was wired wrong. He told me on the phone that he wasnt an electrician. I want Skyline to send a real electrician to my home ASAP before my water pipe freezes or the home starts on fire! This has been going on since August! I spent a lot of money on all this and want it fixed!
