      5-18-22 date of written contract. Sunday July 10th 2022 last message received from *********************** regarding work still to be done, gutters and downspouts color choice. Job was paid in full and never finished.

      Contract was signed and deposit of $2500 made on 4/19/22. Work was suppose to be done in June of 2022.I was told numerous times that there was a supply problem. Finally, after numerous attempts to contact them, they never responded. ***** was the sales person. I want my money returned so I can go somewhere else to get the windows I need.

      We signed a contract with this company in June of 2022. They were supposed to replace all of our windows, replace our roof, replace all siding and gutters. We have given them a total of $20,500. The only job they completed was the roof. They stopped returning our calls regarding finishing the job. We just learned today that the company went bankrupt. We can provide all necessary documents via paper as nothing was done online.

      I put a down payment of $6000.00 on a sunroom project on 4-11-22. I have been calling and emailing to find out anything about this project. I get no answers. The project has a start date 8-16-22 end date 8-20-22. I need my money back.

      We signed a contract on 3 12 22 for the purchase installation of windows for our home. The project was to start on 6 18 22 and end on 6 22 22 we paid half up front which was $3955 total contracted would be $7911. They came to measure our windows on 3 13 22. We made contact with their office on May 19th 22 and June 3rd 2022 during those phone contacts they explained that they had Noted a delay at the factory. Writer reached out on July 14th 2 occasions July 18th and August 9th . none of these calls were returned to writer. During the last call writer requested a copy of the invoice showing that they had actually Purchased the windows for our house. Writer then sent a certified letter on October 1st 2022 asking them to respond with an invoice indicating they had ordered our windows. We have not heard back since 3 voicemails and one certified letter has been sent to them.

      They were were hired to replace my roof. My roof had a leak and they said it would be a priority. The contract states the roof would be done in 4 weeks. Contract signed 7/21/2022. I called about the 4 week date and customer service said they were having trouble with some of ther crew finishing the work. They hired a few new crews and told me she was working on scheduling to get my roof done. I did not here back so I've been calling customer service about 8 times in the last two weeks. They don't call me back, and I only get the answering machine. I asked them to send my ***** dollars back so I can get someone else to do my roof. I called a couple of companies and no one will do the work since I have a contract signed. I just want my money back to get my roof fixed since I have a leak. Can you help?

      We signed a contract with *********************** and his salesman, *******, in April 2022 for complete replacement of our windows. He took our deposit and promised the work would be done in 6 weeks. He has not responded to text or phone call. Until July the landline provided on the contract was being answered and a woman told me our windows were "on order." At one point, when trying to reach the company through the salesman, *******, he lied and told us that the windows were ready and waiting for transport. We want our deposit back.

      On 6/20/2022 we paid a $7125 deposit and signed a contract for a new roof and siding with Windows and Bathrooms Unlimited, *****************************************************************************************. The number on the contact shows ************. ***** and ***************************** came to our house and said they were the owners, we had previously been working with a sales rep ***** who we could no longer get ahold of. The company had been in contact with my husband since March 2022. After we paid the deposit they said they could get started the following week. My husband received vague texts with random excuses that slowly trailed off and we are now unable to reach them. The number we have for ***** is ************ and for ******** ************. Note: they verbally told me the amount when writing the check I and noticed the contact showed $7140, I texted ******** after they had left and she replied back not to worry about the difference.

      Has been working for them since the fifth of the month. My first paycheck ended up bouncing and I occurred numerous fines and fees do to the bouncing of payroll check. And now employer refuses to return calls or text messages. With occurred fines and fees as well as hours worked I am owed almost $5,000
