I bought a brand new Honda pioneer 1000 it came shipped to the dealership with scratches and scuffs on the plastics they would not take money off of the price they said they would order the new plastics and put them on every time I contact them they are rude and say the parts are on order its been a year nowBusiness response

Levi reached out to Derik to apologize for the delay in completing the service work. He also communicated the issues that we have with Honda's replacement panels. Unfortunately, they often look worse (more scuffed) than the originals (particularly on ATVs and SxSs). Levi offered that Derik could come look at the replacement panels that Honda sent prior to us installing them or he offered some discounted service work instead. We are currently waiting on Derik to see what he would like to do next.
