      I have been trying for the last several days to get someone on the phone to order new checks. I did go onto their website, but it wasn’t user-friendly and I was not able to find any link to order new checks. Unless this company is working out of a garage somewhere, I cannot understand why I am never able to get someone on the phone. I did just receive a call back, and Stephanie left a message with instructions on how to go online and re-order. That was a real turn off for me, because at no point did she give me the option of calling to speak with someone, which I prefer, or leave a callback number. In closing, I did not have an issue with the quality of checks or the shipments in the past. However, I do expect a certain level of customer service, and this company definitely falls short.

      Ordered checks; not received although should have arrived last week. Cannot get anyone on LIVE CHAT and no one available on phone. Automated service asked me to leave call back number. I did not. Jumped online to see if they were out of business or hacked, even. Had same issues as many reviewers here. I do not recommend this company. Have used them for years, and this is the first issue. Must have changed something....

      Told me the information for my checking account, which I’ve had for over 20 years, was fraudulent and that they were reporting me to the fraud investigation department. No explanation, don’t answer their phones. Maybe they are the ones being fraudulent and scamming and trying to steal our information?

      WE a Business in December 21 ordered Business checks . We did not open one box till Feb of 22 and well the whole box was wrong. Took us a month and several calls to get this corrected and still every time they told us they was in the mail we would get in few day was the line the told us 3 different times. The last time when we finally got them they was correct but should never take several calls and all their lies to get it correct and shipped in a timely manner.So now 5/10/22 we go to our physical mail box and we have a pkg. from them addressed to us that we did Not order but with our name on the pkg we opened. It was not ours and It was someones personal checks to go to another complete different State. With that kind of mistake being make we will NEVER order from them again. This is very bad . And reading others reviews you just dont know who may get your checks or the wrong ones.

      I placed an online order for address labels on January 4,2022. It is now March 28th, 2022, and not only have I not received my merchandise, but I also cannot get ANYONE at Check Advantage to even answer the phone. I've been trying to contact them by phone for 2 weeks, at different times of the day, (keeping in mind their time-zone), morning, noon, afternoons, no luck. A recording announces 'all agents are busy', then another recording says 'all agents are still busy, leave your phone number'. I don't wish to have someone call me at any time of the day (or night) which would be at their convenience. SOMETHING HAS GONE DRASTICALLY WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. I've been using them for years, but not anymore. Now, not only can I not get the merchandise I paid for sent to me, I cannot get anyone, (a live person), to explain to me my options or to get my money back. Since I cannot get a live person to address my questions, I suspect the company's security system may have been hacked, so I don't advise anyone to give their financial identification online to them.

      Something has happened with this company. Placed a re-order on 1/1/2022, delivery confirmation email with order # received with projected 1/21-25/2022 delivery date, but order never arrived. Called company after about a month, and got the "design out of stock" spiel and an offer to cancel or change to a different design. However, my concern was that I not even able to access my order info online with the order #, and was that told their servers were down. Decided I would wait longer, but now checked back at 2 months and still can't access the order online. I have received absolutely no follow up communication from the company either by email or paper mail. Makes me think their business got hacked.

      I ordered checks over two weeks ago for overnight delivery. I have not received them. Calls to their support are not answered. Messages to support online receive no response. Their order status page does not show my order at all. I have a confirmation e-mail that my order was received.

      Avoid this company. Ordered and paid for checks on 12/20. Delivery promised by 1/19. No contact until I e-mailed on 2/22, as I was very concerned about theft or fraud. Explanation was supply chain issues, which I understand. However, it is unacceptable I had to be the one to reach out- I never received any sort of update or outreach- even a form letter e-mail. Nevertheless, I need these checks. Stephanie offered a change of pattern, I accepted. I then called to check on when and how I could now expect order, was hung up on by Stephanie. What an awful person to have in charge of customer service.
