On 1/29/24 I had a three hour consult with ******************* and at that time I paid an extra $150.00 for additional blood work measuring my Vitamin D levels. I also paid $498.00 for that consult which included a Female baseline evaluation for hormones. WWW uses a patient portal for communications which I have not been able to access since day one. I've requested help with this at least 5x to try an access my test results. I've also requested via calls, emails and voice messages that my test results be sent to me via regular mail since their portal is useless for me. I've gotten promises to mail them out and excuses from their front office about setting up a new account for the patient portal, but no action. All I am requesting is a hard copy of ALL my test results to be mailed to me via regular mail. I intend on taking them to a different provider who takes better care of their patients. I also want to add that I wasted 2 hours of travel time and gas to have that consultation. A total waste of time and money.Business response

I will withdraw my complaint with The Better Business Bureau.
This has been an aggravating experience. One that I've never experienced.
I will take these test results to a new provider.
