On August 9th, 2024 I checked into the above mentioned hotel with a check out date of August 11, 2024. Upon leaving (as I am in the routine of doing) I looked over my room for things left behind, and always leaving things as neat as possible. However, upon checking my bank statement several days later I was alarmed to see an additional charge of $250.00. I immediately called the hotel; in which I was told by a person answering the phone to call back on Monday to speak with the manager. Upon speaking to the manager I was told that the additional charge was the cost of me leaving spots of defecation on the carpet located inside the room. I would never do such a thing nor have I ever thought or done such an inhumane act. My complaint is to seek help in recovering my money.Business response

I have received your complaint from the BBB and I stand firm on not returning your money we charged you for extra deep cleaning. These pictures I have attached were taken from the room you stayed in (103).
