Calling BBS today but not hoping for much. The sub-floor drain tile waterproofing system installed 1 3/4 years ago is now failing on both the North and South perimeters. I am so glad I didn't finish finishing the basement as now I'm back to using a wet vac with an attached pump to clean up the water mess.

We understand you are frustrated with your basement issues. Please give us the opportunity to look at the issues you are having. I see you have agreed to let a tech come look at things, again please allow him the opportunity to thoroughly look at your basement to determine why/how the issues are occurring. We moved into our home 2 years ago with previous owners investing in a 3 backup sump pump system. They also invested in the gold maintenance program in which we have had 2 of the 3 remaining service checkups done. I am very pleased with the servicemen who have come to check our system and its so reassuring knowing that our basement is protected well! I am so thankful for this investment and this company which stands behind their product! Previous owners had an issue with the installment and Badger came back to correct the problem and since it has been working great! Highly recommend this company. **** came this last time and was honest and thorough with what to expect next year.Badger Basement Systems Response

This has been such a great company to work with! I purchased my home in 2016, and the system was already installed in my basement. The basement at the time was dry and clean, and the walls looked nearly "finished" with the product on the walls. In the 6 years I have lived in the home, I have never had an issue with water intrusion, and when I had questions on the project that was completed, they were more than happy to get me the information I needed. Fast forward to the winter of 2021, I had noticed several areas of my property had concrete that was unleveled and caused tripping hazards. Or more importantly - it made it really difficult to shovel the snow! The crew came out ahead of the scheduled date and both Kody and Jim worked together to train some of their new employees! They were very kind to explain the product to me and how it worked. They even went above and beyond in raising some of the areas I had not expected to need the work done, allowing a back step to come up nearly 6 inches!
