      ************************, the order was placed online on 05/18, shipped and was delivered by ***** ************ on 05/23. I see that you called to request a return on 05/24 and we requested photos of the damage so we can take care of your issue. You called again on 05/28 and again we requested photos. We are here to help, but we need some assistance from you. We are happy to resolve this with you, and so far you have not been willing to work with us on a resolution. Please send us some photos so we can resolve this for you ******************************************

      They sold a ramp through Amazon and I purchased as a third party, they sent this $600 ramp that I can not use, it drags the ground on everything, they will not order a pick up to return it, Amazon wont help since a third buyer. So beware buying through them! They say its my fault it doesnt work for me, im a disabled 66 years old and they are rude and inconsiderant. I had a return label and was given a dat of oct. 9 23 to return, *** wanted ****** dollars to pick up, well cant afford that, this business dont deserve a ONE STAR!

We do offer information regarding item usage prior to purchase, to provide you the up front knowledge about any item that you put on your vehicle, to ensure compatibility. Our return policy is also published so you can determine that the purchase is exactly what will work for you. We did fill the order in a timely manner, we provided a quality product, that unfortunately sounds like was not compatible with your vehicle's capabilities. If the item has been used and dragging on the ground, that would not be a returnable item since it would not be returned in new condition. We do everything we can to assist with customer satisfaction. I am sorry that this item did not work for you. You may find some luck trying the carrier on a different vehicle, or selling locally. Again, we are sorry that the item did not work for your needs at this time

      Unfortunately when you order through this company and buy one of the products made specifically for this company, you cant get any replacement parts, so now my 3week old bike rack is useless, if you manufacture/sell a product you must be able to get replacement parts to fix it!!

      Order the ramps never use them or took them out of the box they. So I want to send them back and they want to charge you $32 to send them back isn't that crazy don't buy from these people.

      Purchased a Silver Springs Mobility Lift about a month ago, and love the quality, ease of use, and support I received from the company. I extensively research every item I purchase including where I purchase it from. This lift is for a custom wheelchair, and discount ramps wouldn't send it out without having their engineers look at my chair's design first to make sure it was a good fit. The instructions from the manufacturer are very small print, and customer service at Discount Ramps quickly helped me out. This ramp is everything I expected and meets all of the positive and legitimate reviews I have researched. This lift is adjustable for all kinds of different size devices. My local wheelchair dealer and service center will only sell and service Silver Springs or Harmar, which is the actual manufacturer of this Silver Springs lift. The only difference is a different sticker and better price. Customer service at Discount Ramps were very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Great company to do business with, and I'm now a permanent customer!.

      My carrier lost a bolt, when I called to get a replacement I was told they do not make replacement part. Now the welding turned loose I' going to have to hire a welder to repair that. Wish I had never bought from Discount Ramp. It was the shifting rod that broke, hope I can get it repaired. The carrier has be use only a few times.

      I am sorry for any trouble with your purchase that was made on April 5th 2021. We do have a one year warranty on all of our products that had since expired.       Discount ramps took care of our problem. They sent all the replacement parts I needed. I'm sorry I had to go through the BBB to get help, but when I called Discount Ramps the person I talked to said they did not make replacement parts. I got my parts in just a few days and my problem is taken care of. Thank you BBB for helping me out and thank you Discount Ramps for sending replacement parts and being so promt.
