My daughter recently bought a 2020 ***** equinox from ******************* on ************************* in ********* ,shes had nothing but troubles with this vehicle from day one ,she is a first time car buyer and spent over 20 grand on this vehicle,I understand its a used vehicle but this is ridiculous to have so many problems with a vehicle.three times the car wouldnt start ,was in the shop for over a week the first month she had it for a piston problem,then a fuel injection problem and so on and so on,I will definitely never recommend ******************* to anyone I no ,and now my daughter is stuck with this lemon and payments for the next 6 years ,her name is ************************* phone number is ************ my name is *************************** ************* I think that if you stand behind your vehicles you should definitely do something for this young woman starting out in life.Review from Martin L

I had an issue with an Chrysler Town and Country regarding cam sensors and a cam phaser. The very First day I drove the car home from Green Bay to Marinette I had to engine lights come on. One was the tire sensor and the other was the engine light. I called Jake at the dealership and explained this to him. Had the engine light checked and discovered it was related to a cam sensor on bank one. Told him I would take it to the shop I would normally go to and they recommended that it also could be an oil situation. That the wrong oil had been put in it as well as the filter. So I had it changed and paid for. That was not the problem. Light was still on. Brought to Dodge dealer and it was the cam sensor. Had that replaced. Few days Later the engine light comes back on and it's another cam sensor bank two. Dodge dealer again and had it cleaned. Again the light comes on and further diagnoses discovers it's the cam phaser and a leaking valve cover gasket. All while Jake has not called back. Now to be fair they paid for the first cam sensor. However the additional cost was over $1500 for the rest. I went to the dealership and I spoke to Jake and was to well you bought a used car you should expect to have to put money in to it. My first clue that they never checked the engine out was the leaking valve cover gasket. Now it needs breaks. Buyer beware.Review from Brandon R

I had financed an Audi a7 through them and I brought it back several times regarding a transmission issue and a bad oil smell whenever I accelerated. I was told by one of the salesman and the mechanic that it’s fine and he did an oil change himself. I later got it diagnosed and found out that it had bad oil, needed spark plugs, dirty brake fluid, needs a lot of maintenance done to it so I called *** goben and we talked about the issues I was having and he just seemed annoyed and angry and told me that’s it’s a used car what do you expect so I told him that I was unhappy and I would like something done since I’m still making payments and he told me that I can’t get a refund and proceeded to tell me that “you can sue me but you won’t get far”

We have inspected the Audi before and after the sale. We have found no problems with the Audi during both inspections. Also, the car was sold As-Is no warranty. We are not willing to do any future inspections to the Audi A7. Thank you.
