Found out they installed our furnace incorrectly. It needs to be turned. Was told last week they would be back to take care of it. We called and was told management was in a meeting. Every time we call they are in a meeting. We are having headaches every day. I had are vents cleaned and now they are full of black and white dust. I am worried about our health.Review from stacie m

I had this company do HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing at a building I bought . First they lied about the time line they would be finishing by. But most importantly they trashed the place . I did metallic epoxy floors ( very expensive ) and they didnt put down drop cloths or wear shoe protectors . For 8 hours they tracked in mud and ground it into the brandnew floors. NEXT they walked on my fresh sealed concrete . This was after I personally walked up to each one of them and said do not walk on the concrete in the back, and the concrete guys did the same.... One of them did it anyway even after being told twice. After failing their inspections with the city on my project they came back and started cutting holes in the drywall ( they had to , it was needed ) but did not put anything down so chunks of drywall and dust are ground into my brandnew carpet I had installed just the week before. They did give me a small break in the price but now I have to have a company come and redo the epoxy floor and will have to live with the foot prints in my concrete. STAY AWAY FROM THESE HACKS !!!! You have been warned . I personally will NEVER let them set foot in my building again
