Croixside replaced seven windows in my new house. They also replaced two pieces of glass in a very old bay window. All was very affordable. Very efficient, flexible with time and payment. Mike was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to and he was very patient with any questions I had. I will recommend them for any window job. Even had a quote to redo my kitchen cabinets. Have not gotten that done yet but I trust they will do an amazing job.Review from Laura L

We had Croixside Home Improvements LLC replace our front entry door and sliding deck door. We are quite pleased with how they both turned out. Mike got us on the schedule as soon as we let him know we were ready. John was very pleasant and detailed He did not cut corners as some challenges arose. The clean up once the work was finished was appreciated. We would recommend Croixside to friends and family.Review from Jonathan I

We are highly dissatisfied with Croixside Home Improvements. We DO NOT recommend using them for your kitchen. We liked Mike initially. But his team let him down, his product let him down and we were very frustrated by the end. The service time and end product we now have was not what we are looking for. Unreliable timeline (estimated 8-10 weeks resulted in total of 7 months.) Lack of planning and communication on when work was going to be completed. Reorder cost was pushed on to us, then caused tense situation when we asked to it to be done correctly. It took 7 months from contract signing until completion. Seven months! Well the kitchen looks done, the process has been nothing but disheartening. Overall, AVOID THIS COMPANY.Review from Kelly C.

Very pleased with the results of our siding. Bob, Mike, and the small crew were pleasant to work with. Project was finished in a few days and we felt they did an excellent job on our siding and basement windows. The clean up was thorough and the whole project was reasonably priced. Vinyl Siding Replacement project including full wood siding removal down to the existing sheathing with new air/vapor house wrap, vinyl siding in two colors/styles, prefinished metal window trim wrap to make my home maintenance-free. Great attention to detail, open to small requests/changes along the way and good pricing. Small crew made the project manageable on a small city lot size. Definitely recommend this team for your home remodel projects.Review from Erik B

First I would put into context we had a bit of a tight timeline and tougher situation. We were trying to get out house on the market and *** conveyed that they would try to help us to stay on that timeline (4-6 weeks). We have an 80 year old house and there were some extra challenges in getting a new door in for the back and new door handles in place for the front. In general **** (the one installing) was very communicative with timing, but he did come later than expected on the two occasions when the main chunks of work had to be done.The final result though is that the doors look great and will be a great feature for the new owners of the home. They are a little snug which causes the deadbolt to struggle a little, but with winter upon us, I am not terribly surprised by that fact. I'd recommend Croixside, but I would also recommend that expecting a very compressed/precise timeline in this market should not be expected for getting work done.Review from Mary Brown

**** and **** were great ! I had my kitchen cabinets resurfaced. **** was very helpful with ideas to make it look even better. They were very easy to work with. I have and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cabinet update.
