I got a truck loan through this company. I got insurance on the vehicle through State ************ Farm ended up not being able to insure the truck because it was too heavy of a vehicle so they pointed me in the direction of another insurance company that could. So I had insurance on the truck for 30 days then a period of about 45 days where there was no possibility of getting insurance because it took that long for the new insurance company to underwrite insurance on this truck. 2 months later I get a call from black hawk community credit union saying that I need to provide proof of insurance and so I did. They were very rude to me and were not willing to help sort this issue out. They ended up charging me roughly $7,840 for around 45 days of lapse of insurance. There has been no help and no way to sort this out through the company. Fast forward 4-5 months I get a call saying that Im going to have a late payment on my credit history if I dont pay them extra each month and I ask for the amount and the lady says $1860 roughly. The original monthly payment was $1193 and I said how did it raise that high? The lady says there must be a mistake in the system for the price of 7840$ and trys to transfer me to the highest up manager that time and time again doesnt answer or gets extremely rude and has issues dealing with this matter. So no I have gotten no calls back. And they just dinged my credit report with a late charge when the lady told me it was a mistake and they would fix the amount. Mean while their own company set up automated payments every month. They claim they have contacted me and I have received zero calls, texts, or mailed letters to rectify this issue.I would like the credit report corrected and the amount of $7840 removed from my loan for falsely charging me when I have stated emails from another lady at the company which they have now fired stating they never bought insurance and dont have a policy in place to prove it to me.Business response

Bought a new house in Feb, auto and home insurance were supposed to be bundled. Through ******************* who i have come to find out basically sublets me to Progressive. Anyway, ***** contacted me 3 months later asking for proof of insurance, all i had was a mortgage statement that said "mortgage", they said that wont work. The lady i was working with had gone on vacation or was sick for a few days, dont remember which it was to be honest. I tried to get proof from them, only for a week later. to find out it didnt get bundled ( second large booboo we had purchasing the house) so i had to set up insurance obviously...reached out to them and got it done. All BHCCU told me was that i had to show them proof, and they wouldnt charge me a premium for insurance. Fair enough( remind you they have never asked in 3 years for this) So my agent called and spoke to someone and confirmed insurance. ******* her name was maybe? Or *****? Anyways, i looked on line only to find they still charged me 3k. AFTER i reached out to THEM, i was able to get a refund...WHAT A JOKE. THEY RETURNED. 1K OUT OF 3K. And claim the remaining covers those months missed...Excuse me? Paying for a service you never provided?? What if i crashed my truck? They were covering it? Basically, i still had insurance, without having insurance...apparently.. And raised my payment. I didnt do anything! Nothing intentional! I just want my payments back to normal and the 2k off of my loan. Thats it. Thank you.Side note: Still cant get someone to call me backBusiness response
