We had a tornado come through and had a tree on our house and all the big trees in the yard (10) knocked over or broke off. Pauls tree service came and gave estimate to clean up all storm damage and remove everything from the yard and tree off house for *******. When they came to do work they removed the tree off the house but didn't haul it away. They removed 3 other trees of the 10 trees and removed that. We had to hire someone else to do remaining work that ****'s didn't complete. They then sent us a bill for ******* when estimate was *******. We called them them on 7/18/24 to ask for a bill for the work that they actually did which would be about 3000. And talked to **** who said either we pay the ******* or he will *** us. Damage done on 6/22/24 and signed estimate with **** to clean up storm Damage on 6/23/24. They came 2 days for 4 hours to take tree off house and take away 3 other trees and not cleaning any storm debris. We would like and will pay the bill for the work that was actually. We are not trying to get out of bill just don't want to pay for a scam which is a having you sign a proposal and not do the work and then want to get paid for more than the proposal amount.Business response

The tornado that struck the ********** area was extreme and affected many people. We are sorry for the miscommunication on your job. We will accept the payment you made as complete.Customer response
