I purchased a go kart that was supposed to have an 800lb weight capacity, they sent me one that only has a 350lb weight capacity. I asked for them to arrange shipment and asked for a full refund due to their error. They told me I would have to pay for return shipping.Initial Complaint

ordered an ATV and a 2 seater go kart both had damaged parts loose bolts no directions sprocket fell off on atv first ride had to replace front hubs brakes bearings ect. these products r very and I mean very unsafe for anybody esp kids . you. red to really look into these scam a** people cause someone or multiple people r going to get seriously hurt or killed with there products . warranty is bogus I filed for title received nothing asked for replacement parts same outcome nothing . you need to shut this business down before someone loses a loved one with there s***** productsInitial Complaint

I purchased an Icebear Maddog back in July from this business and have had nothing but problems from the get go. Initially, I asked for a delivery estimate within a day or two which was not provided and was delivered without any notice. Once I opened the box I found no title, BOL or any information on how receive them. I called once and requested them, was told it should have been sent with but that no expedite services could be provided because they dont do that. I called a second time and was told that I had to request these online after receiving them. Not that I care about accuracy but this was a large waste in my time that prevented me from riding the scooter. The scooter included no instructions and a very peculiar box of unlabeled bolts and nuts that were not intuitive as to where they went. I called Q9 asking about an assembly manual and was told we dont do that but ******* should have something for ya. I also never received a $50 install kit I purchased with the scooter, luckily I was refunded for this. Once I figured out how to put the scooter together myself, parts started to fail left and right immediately due to poor quality and failure of Q9 to quality check ANYTHING. So far I have replaced the spark boot and ignition coil, exhaust studs, a fuel pump, carburetor, had to reweld all fender mounting brackets as none were even close to fitting and the scooter still does not run. In addition I was promised an installation video for the fenders twice and was never sent anything. I have called Q9 and asked for some sort of a refund for these faulty parts and according to ****** from Q9 they dont do refunds. They can only offer me more faulty parts at my expense to ship them to me. Not even a credit of equal value for said bad parts so that I can purchase something that will work. Im seeking compensation for a bad scooter that I was sent and an apology for horrendous customer service. This is truly the worst experience Ive ever had buying anything.Business response

Please contact customer service at **************. The manufacturer has a 3 month electrical warranty on parts that are found with defects. The engine has a 1 year internal parts warranty. Our tech support can help figure out what's going on and get you the correct parts, but you have to use our services if you want help.Initial Complaint

Damaged 4wheeler Bent axle in rear with scratches everywhere all over the shell of the frame,seat ripped, electric start wires all ripped and exposed, tires tires patched and spray painted to look new and broken lights. No return phone calls or emails. I have attached pictures of the damages also the last email response about 2 months ago ************ should not be licensed to sell or deal with customers as they lie and cheat people out of money. I have lost about $1,600 to these crooks and want my refund.Business response

This customer let us know that the machine arrived with some shipping damage. It was sent direct from *************. in ********** ** to the customer in **. It is our standard practice that if a customer reports damage from shipping to make a warranty claim and have parts sent in replacement. Once the customer provided pictures of the damage and the vin number for the machine we made a warranty claim to have the damaged parts replaced. These parts come directly from the manufacturer, just like the machine and are shipped from **.
