I purchased a 2015 infinity from them. Stated noticing issues within 48 hours of purchased. Sent quite a few emails just form Ahaum to schedule me out a week to check the vehicle . At that time, the ONLY repair was done was the breaks, because he claim when he drove the vehicle, he noticed the same issue, of which you cant deny while driving. The breaks were just a grain of salt to the man issues. If you driving the vehicle under 20 miles per hour, are 17 to 18 miles per hour, the vehicle seem as though it will die. There many issues I had with the dealership within weeks of having the vehicle, than you have to drop the vehicle off pretty much all day, that makes your life even difficult if you doesn't have other means of transportation. He promised to make necessary repairs, of which when I dropped the vehicle iff the second time, he tried to send me a hearty bill, than stated, I sold you a used vehicle

After purchase, ****************** was experiencing a couple issues which were resolved free of charge. This included problems that *** have been present at the time of purchase or occurred shortly after. We offered our service even after numerous appointment cancellations and rescheduling by the customer. However, as explained, we will not continue to repair the vehicle for free as long as she owns it and as her Infiniti needs repair, we are happy to offer her a discount since she purchased it from us. We have much documentation to support the excellent service we provided and the rude interaction received by this customer.Review from Ryan F

I purchased a vehicle from Emblem when I was in a pinch. My previous car died and the cost to replace it wasn't worth it. I was completely transparent of my situation with Latif, and he didn't haggle, pressure or exploit the situation. He was a perfect gentlemen. In fact, everyone I worked with at Emblem on East Washington (and their Auto shop at 4901 Commercial Ave, Madison) was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Amir, Latif, Natalie and all of the mechanics were extremely attentive to my situation. The reason I mention their auto shop, is because Latif told me of several services they offer such as paint touchups, aftermarket installs for audio/visual equipment, detailing etc. I stopped by there to check it out and they even gave me some free product to better the performance of my vehicle. I've never had another shop do that (Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen). If you're in the market for a car, I'd definitely give these guys your consideration. I think auto dealers and shops with brand new buildings and fancy websites draw people in (often for the wrong reasons). I have a close friend that bought a brand new BMW at an official BMW dealer and they tried to contractually swindle them. Anyhow, I just wanted to mention some things about myself (because when searching for vehicle/dealer reviews I often find the reviews impersonal and not really valuable to me when I'm adamantly searching and trying to make a good decision). I'm a former Marine and have lived all over the world. I work for a family company in the trades (electrical construction). I have a Bachelors in international politics from the University of California. I'm a Christian. I don't know cars well, but I do know people well. The folks at Emblem are good people. Put money down. Refused to refund money. Not informed that it wasnt refundable. It was less than 24 hours that they where told we would not be able to go through with sale.Emblem Pre-Owned Response

Hello *******, you were informed it was non-refundable and signed a purchase contract for the purchase of the vehicle. Its ok you changed your mind but by placing a deposit we removed the vehicle from the market and cancelled scheduled test drives.
