They were able to complete my 2 day job in one day. Very pleased with the work.

Although the price of my tub to shower conversion was quite high, a LOT of things were considered before making the choice. This house is over 135 years old and the tub and tile had been hiding who knows what for probably 8 decades or more so the guarantee that they would fix any and everything that was bad or wrong was a big big factor, then, most of the time, when you buy something cheap, you get something cheaply made and of little quality, thats not the case here. Next was the lifetime guarantee, thats something else coming from a company that will be here in the future. When you add that all up, I decided better costed more for good reason and I don't mind paying for it. But then comes the installer Matthew, he and his partner (?)Darren(?) were the best workers, they were ready with answers to any of my questions, they were always on the positive never finding fault or talking negatively about anything that they had to remedy, only finding the positive side of the problem. And I would like to give a special thank you to Kaylee ********** for being there on the phone and email to get me updated with any information or to answer a question whenever I had one. I would highly recommend Mad City Windows and Baths! They did a complete bath to shower conversion in one day! It is beautiful! Their customer service cannot be matched. Everything was explained very well and when I called with a question prior to the remodel, they called me back in less then 5 minutes. Always very helpful in every way. There was absolutely no pressure to hire the company. Cost was also very affordable and they use the best materials and have guarantees no other company can offer. Everyone I dealt with was very kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. Hands down the best experience I have had!

This is an outstanding company and were very professional we had 2 tub shower combos we had one replaced with a walk in shower the other with a new tub shower combo Mad City was great.

They transformed my bathroom in one day! They were very professional and they did a great job with my tub/shower surround installation.

Mad City installed a new tub and tub surround for us. There were some special considerations for our project which included them having to build a new wall for the back of the surround and also they had to cover a window. Aaron did a fantastic job on the install !! Very impressed with his work. Everyone was very polite, professional and yet down to earth. Just being themselves and that's what we liked. Whenever I called someone always picked up no matter the time. We had a very small mishap that they took care of immediately and I'm a happy camper. So happy with the work that was done.
