It was a surprise to find out from our neighbors project manager that our roof was badly sagging over our dormer’s. I had 3 quotes and chose Storm Guard because they were so responsive. We were a last minute project that needed to be completed before winter, and even with rain days they completed the project. From start to finish everyone was very helpful and professional. The roofers worked from dawn to dusk and finished one day, providing great pictures of the roofing damage . Logan, Ernie and Nick( who finished the facing over 3 days) were really impressive . They knew their job, and kept us in the loop. Storm Guard has nice ways to keep you feeling good, who brings coffee and muffins to you to ease the pain the day of the project?!. The cleanup was great although I think they could have used a bit more sunlight. We were super happy with the results, our roof is beautiful!

We are very impressed with the high level of professionalism of all Storm Guard employees we were in contact with. First off, we had great meetings with Logan who showed us different new window options, answered all of our questions and provided us with detailed quotes. After discussing all the options, we decided to place an order for the wood-clad vinyl option (manufactured by ProVia). We had only all wood frame windows previously and were unsure how the vinyl windows would function and look, but wanted new windows far more resistant to rot. Logan helped us to select both interior wood and exterior trim colors that very nicely matched what we already have. After the order was placed, the turn around time for manufacturing was surprisingly fast (about 6 weeks). Bryce kindly called us as soon as the windows arrived to schedule the installation. Two days later master window installers Kyle and Jake arrived to install our new windows. Their workmanship was excellent and they had a challenging job to tackle here to fit the new windows in carefully with our exterior masonry. They worked diligently, were very considerate, cleaned the work site and made sure we knew how to best operate the new windows and screens. Their installed windows function and look better than any brand new windows we had installed before by any window company. In summary, we can wholeheartedly recommend Storm Guard for both of their high-level of workmanship and speed with which the actual project was completed which was about 10 times faster than a major competitor in the industry. Storm Guard level of professionalism is second to none and we will definitely be repeat customers!

We were extremely satisfied with Storm Guards customer service and the quality of their products. They replaced our shingles and installed gutter guards. They answered all our questions and were always knowledgeable and helpful. Their cleanup was so great that you wouldnt know they had been here! Storm Guard definitely does very good work and quickly repaired my roof leak and did a much better match on my roof tiles after they realized, on their own, that they did not match. They fixed the miss match without my having to tell them to do this.

Storm Guard repaired a leak on my chimney which had been going on for a long time...I had trouble getting other trades persons to even look at it (I think since the chimney is not masonry); but Storm Guard's employee showed up at the scheduled time, explained the problem, and fixed it thoroughly! They didn't even charge as much as I thought they would. Honestly, they could have told me it would be a huge repair, and I would have believed them.I am grateful for the on-time, on-budget, quality work, and the honesty!

Storm Guard was pleasant and easy to work with. I had them come out (along with a few other businesses) for an estimate on replacing my roof + gutter guards in the fall of 2021. Storm Guard's bid wasn't the lowest, but it was competitive. I preferred their option for roofing materials, and gutter guards over the others, so I went with them. They are responsive to emails and questions. The roof was done in two days in April of 2022. Their crew did a nice job of cleaning up all debris from the yard. They went the extra mile to dispose of my no-longer-used satellite dish and even came out later to cut down the dish cable, and clean that up. My hope is that the roof will have zero problems and I won't have to contact them again, but I do feel like if something comes up they will be responsive. I would recommend them.
