      Weve received our item put together poorly and cracked in the inside of product, along with a sanded down surface corner unfinished like the rest. Could not get ahold of on phone, and when I contacted about when we would receive it. They said it will take time to make it yet. It clearly looks like it was rushed through. My husband, a veteran, waited for both his present Fathers Day and bday present being late and was truly disappointed because it really look amazing coming out of the packaging

      The customer reached out via email and posted reviews at the same time on 2 sites while we were closed before communicating with our support staff regarding their order..The moment we went in and seen the email with the images you could clearly see he ship damage to the corner of the cabinet. We filed the shipping claim and sent a prepaid return label for an exchange or refund based on their choice. The customer decided they would like an exchange on the product.

      Hands down, I had a great experience after purchasing a couple items in July of 2022. I had a flag hung outside and now, almost 20 months later, I noticed there was some very small spots of rust starting to appear. That bothered me because I remembered double checking to see if it was good for outside hanging. I contacted Jamie ***** an Operations Specialist via email yesterday, 9 Apr 2024 and he replied right away today the 10th. My memory of speaking with a lady verifying it was a good fit for outdoors was affirmed in 2022, yet now, we see it wasn't the best advice. Jamie spoke with the owner and they have agreed to send another flag that's better suited for outdoor use, and it should make it out the door next week and shipped. We needed to pay a small fee but for the cost to replace this was well worth it. That was a very Gracious thing they have done. We are getting a flag that won't have rust problems outside. I read the comments from some 1-star reviews and most were because shipping was an issue. They didn't take into account that this business got so busy after they were seen on a national morning show and that causes backlogs. People need to relax and have patience. This business is great and I appreciate them honoring our country, military, and first responders. I salute you guys.

      Was told a month for it be delivered but it actually took 3-4 months. After the month came I asked about it and they said a few more weeks. No problem that's fine. A few weeks came I asked again and they said the same thing. Same things been said over and over until it was delivered. Item also came a lot smaller than expected. Pictures make it look a lot bigger and I clicked on an ad for the bigger one but guess I got the smaller one, but that's on me for not reading more.

      went to place a order and the website specifically stated 30 % off site wide put item in cart no discount contacted them they said there is no 30% off sitewide i sent a screen shot and they said no no thats a mistake i said its advertised honor it they said no so they dont honor a advertised price which is dishonest and fraudulent . then they advertise 10% off if you fill out a email so i did that received no discount code contacted them again and they say no no you cant get 10% off when there is a discount already but no where on the site does it state that so again false advertisement and dishonesty

      Attached is a screenshot of the ******** ad you are referring to. Our ad agency failed to ad up to on the top of the add, but it is clearly stated at the bottom. When we were made aware of this typo, it was fixed immediately. You are the only person this upset and for that we apologize. Additionally it is clearly stated at the top of our website and on each collection page about what items are 20% and 30%. As stated on each product page, the discounts are automatically subtracted when items are added to the cart. No code is needed. So your 10% code claim is 100% false.Out of over ***** BF and CM orders, you are the only person that has complained or couldnt figure out how to get the discount. We are not even sure this is even a BBB issue. We will gladly walk you through the ordering process to get your 20% to 30% discount (depending on what item you choose) Additionally, my company has a rock solid reputation with well over ****** happy customers with 20 million in sales over the past decade. These numbers speak for themselves and wouldnt be possible if we were a shady, false advertising company. We would still love to keep you as a customer.       One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Product is cheaply made company does not stand behind product .They tell me I ordered the lower value style LOL all I did was see an ad on ******** and order. It didn't tell me lower value style it just showed me a product and I ordered it . Many other companies out there that make these buy from a reputable one. Do your research.

Its out of our control.FUN FACT: Over 98% of our shipments show up with absolutely zero issues.To correct your we dont stand behind our product comment..actually we do 100% stand behind our products, and always have, to over ****** customers over the past decade. Your product was damaged by Fed Ex. We will send a free prepaid shipping label to send it back on our ***** account for a full refund or a replacement product. Its your choice, we are super easy to work with.FUN FACT: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 100% product refund if you are not 100% satisfied, even if the product isnt damaged. If you dont like it, we dont want you to have to keep it...this is nothing new, this is how we have always done business.To address your comments about lesser value products. We do offer a PREMIUM HANDMADE COLLECTION that is extremely high end and extremely expensive. This is the product line that built our company. We now offer a LOWER COST COLLECTION of cabinets (which is what you ordered) that are about 1/3 of the price and are made with cabinet grade veneer plywood rather than solid pine. This is explained in great detail on our website. You actually have to click past a screen explaining this to get to the product pages, so its nothing we are trying to hide. We have sold hundreds upon hundreds of these lower cost cabinets and have had literally zero complaints. Many people actually prefer this style because you can customize the door with any picture you like.IN CONCLUSION: I would like one personally resolve your bad experience by offering a replacement cabinet or a full refund including your shipping.       Ordered in late Nov or early Dec 2022. Its pretty much April 2023 and nothing. Exchanged emails and was given 4 different delivery timelines. None of which they hit. I still have had funds taken but no delivery nor even progress of having a shipment made. At no time during the order process was I told of their great success that is causing extreme delivery delays. Stop taking orders you cannot fulfil. BE WARY OF THIS.

      *****, we appreciate your business and apologize you did not see the 2022 Christmas disclaimer clearly posted at the top of our home page (and on each product page) stating that items would not ship by Christmas. It states CLEARLY that we have exceeded our normal manufacturing time due to the unbelievable and overwhelming response to our small business being featured on FOX news multiple times in November and December.We do not hide this fact....actually, we are extremely proud of the thousands of patriotic responses from our loyal customers. It's an awesome American small business story and we could not be more grateful for the business. We had nearly ***** customers read this disclaimer and still chose to order knowing they would not receive their products by Christmas. We also have been sending out regular email updates to all customers who have been patiently waiting for their products. We have a full office staff who responds to emails and takes customer phone calls all day, everyday updating anyone who contacts us. We have been extremely up front and transparent to all customers and are more than willing to issue refunds immediately when requested....the funny thing is....nobody wants a refund. They would rather wait for a handmade piece of art from our company....it's amazing..Please note, each product is handmade and personalized....like furniture.       Delay, delay, delay.Ordered in early December. It's now the end of February. Still not here. They take payment immediately but just push production out as needed. They should not charge until production begins on custom orders or when non-custom orders ship.
