Patricio and his crew replaced our garage floor and driveway last week. The project took two days, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The new garage floor and driveway look beautiful! We have already received numerous compliments from our neighbors. Every member of the crew was hard working, professional, and pleasant; and, they very much worked as a team. It was clear from the beginning they take a lot of pride in their work. Each day, they removed all of the old concrete and debris; and, at night, they posted yellow tape around the perimeter to safeguard the area. We hope to replace our front walk and stairs within the next few years. When we do, we will definitely call Patricio. Meanwhile, we will recommend LP to all of our friends, relatives, and neighbors.

After interviewing 6 other contractors, and reading reviews, we went with Patricio and LP Advanced Construction for the removal of our cracking, uneven, sloped driveway, shifting front walk, and tiny garbage/recycle pad. Patricio listened thoughtfully to our concerns, and offered suggestions within our budget. Patricio and his crew were very hardworking, respectful, friendly, and left the job site clean. They worked on some hot summer days but did not complain. Patricio communicated well and was timely in answering any questions we had. When he saw that the lawn on one side of our now expanded driveway just dropped off, he offered to regrade it so the incline was more gradual. The work is beautiful. Neighbors have asked and I even had someone leave a note in my door asking who the contractor was. We will definitely call Patricio and LP Advanced Construction when we are ready to tackle another project.

LP Advanced Construction has nothing short of being very professional and up front with me as a new customer who nothing about concrete work. I meet with Patricio to discuss the work I was looking to have done. He was very professional, descriptive in explaining the process to where I could understand and to top it off very friendly. He and his crew worked hard and fast to complete the job in two days, and I must say they done a wonderful job. My neighbors were very impressed with their work and gave many compliments. I’m a Satisfied home owner. My wife saw the LP advanced construction truck in our neighborhood one day while talking a walk and saved the phone number. After 3 quotes on a new patio, I’m very glad we went with Patricio and his crew. I’ve had plenty of house projects done, but working with Patricio and LP Advanced Construction Was the easiest project I’ve done on my house. He took my design, provided a very competitive quote, and then made it reality. All of my concerns with my old patio were address and Patricio built the solutions into my new patio. Hello , I am the Maintenance Supervisor for some Churches in Port Washington, we needed some extensive work done at one of our Churches and my job was to find a contractor to do the job. After interviewing 4 different contractors and LP Advanced Construction was my last interview for that week, I meet with Patricio on a Tuesday morning and explained to him the scale work to be done , in my mind it was a huge job , the first phase was ripping out the entrance stairs and handicap ramp , mind you the stairs are roughly 50 ft. long with landing and a winding handicap ramp, to my surprise Patricio says " No Problem" it was his confidence I was impressed with ,from that point on I knew he was the Contractor I was going with and I am so glad I did, 2 weeks later Patricio and his crew went to work and I never seen a crew so hard and diligently, that was last summer (2022), I also redesigned the stairs and Handicap ramp and Patricio work right along with me no questions asked ! 2nd phase was this spring tearing out the parking half circle , another massive job, again Patricio " No Problem My Friend" and they did a beautiful job, with Patricio's suggestion , they did a decorative pattern on the concrete and it looks great ,(just ask for Pic's) If there is ever a time you need any size concrete work done, this is the company to go with, "Outstanding Crew" and one of the "Most Professional Business Owners" I have had the Pleasure to work with, I myself was a contractor for 20yrs and I know good and reliable and others where you just a number, LP Advanced Construction is beyond good and reliable, if I could go with a 10 stars rating that's what they deserve, I would "Highly Recommend" them to anyone, and use them again myself for any other concrete needs. My hat off to Patricio and his amazing Crew !!!!

I recently had some concrete work done by LP Advanced Construction on one of my properties. The amazing job Patricio and his crew performed is so above par. These professionals REALLY know their craft. I originally wanted an extra slab for a 2-1/2-car garage added to my existing slab. Patricio advised me that, although he could easily do what I requested; it would be much much better if I allowed him to remove the existing slab so that the entire project would have a smooth and uniformed look. BOY, let me tell you! That was the best advice I received, and they completed the entire job in 2 days. That included removing a very large mound of dirt I had previously dug out of my yard, removed a small portion of an existing fence, AND poured me a beautifully properly sloped and graded 35' X 38' concrete slab (included 3" of gravel, 5" of concrete with mesh wire). All of my neighbors could not stop marveling at the job being done by Patricio and his crew. Totally professional, genuinely kind and super-efficient. I have shared pictures with others of the work Patricio and his crew did for me and everyone loved what they've seen. I have every intention of sharing my experience with LP Advance Construction with as many people as possible. And let me NOT forget that the price ticket for the job was a hell-of-a-lot cheaper than everyone else who provide me quotes over the last few years for the same request. As a matter of fact, Patricio only charged me a little to nothing extra for the fence, dirt and debris removal. That quality of workmanship and careful craftsmanship that Patrico provided is indeed beyond words. Look him up of Facebook if think I'm exaggerating his professionalism, craftsmanship, efficiency, and quality of work. It has taken me 6-years to reconnect with Patricio and I'm so grateful I was able to reconnect with him. I will be definitely requesting more of his quality work on my properties in the future.
