Drivers side door latch cover was broken by dealer and has not been replaced in a timely manner. Tired of the no callbacks. Part arrived at dealer no later than February 27th (date that was scheduled to be installed), was advised it would take a few days to get painted. It is April 5th with no remedy.Business response

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on May 10, 2022. I was not physically given any paperwork on the day of the sale. I was told I would be emailed that information. I was emailed the information after I sent an not so nice email, two weeks later. I live in North ********* which the salesman and finance person was aware. I have been unable to register my vehicle in the state I reside in and I have made several attempts to have the dealership mail the information needed to the *** in my home state. There is no sense of urgency or competency from the dealership to try and resolve this issue so I can legally drive the vehicle I purchased from them. I need assistance and having the dealership send the information to have my vehicle registered.Business response
