Bought a beverage fridge that supposedly had a two year warranty. It's the main reason I bought this model.Now that I'm having an issue they conveniently have no record of product registration. Sleazy. Do not buy from this manufacturer.They are more than three times the price of others and no better. My $500 ***** lasted five times longer.Review from Brett P

Falsely marketing premium appliances when quality is cheap and unreliable. My $3400 ice maker began having issues after 2yrs. I put $1000 into service from providers the uline website recommends. Every provider said this ice maker model is faulty across the board. Uline would not provide a single resolution. Not providing the part needed at a discount, nothing. They dont even return email or phone calls for customer service. Supervisor April********************* simply said there is nothing they will do. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (No Star Raiting) On August 16th 2022 I purchased a Uline 24 under counter beverage center model#HBV, Serial xxxxxxxxx for $1931.95. It was delivered and installed in January. On January 26th I called and reported it not cooling. Uline contacted its preferred repair company, Area Wide.Area Wide came out on February 21st 2023 (26 days later). Area Wide said he would not fix it. I then had to wait for your second repair company EMCO to come out and replace the entire compressor and other parts on March 15th 2023 (23 days later). **** said wait 24 hours and the unit would be cool. I reported the unit still not working on March 17th 2023. Spent that following week trying to get a hold of April in customer service, after two voice mails I finally spoke with her on March 23, 2023. They sent EMCO back to my house that day to tell me my unit is not working and needs a new motherboard.On April 10th ******************* called to tell me they would send me a brand new unit after I complained to every email I could find in the company and put things on social media. April 11th **** in the office called to tell me it would take almost 2 weeks. April 21st I called ***** left a voice mail, no response. April 25th emailing any email address I can find. ***** calls the same day apologizing they forgot to ship my unit. It has been 90 days since I first reported my problem and my unit is still not working. I have missed 3 days of work being at home with repair companies. My time has a value. At this point, I would like a FULL REFUND!!!!Review from Leon F

I can see why they have one star and a D rating! I would give less than one star if I could. Do NOT bother with their products. We bought an ice maker for $2,000. It worked for exactly 11 months. It has been repaired four times (under warranty) and still does not work. It has not worked for 7 months! Each time I call I wait on hold for 30+ minutes only to be told they will look into it and get back to me. Three times I have been told this over the past three months, I'm still waiting for anyone to get back to me! Definitely not worth doing business with them.From the reviews I'm reading, we are just one of many experiencing the same problem. I appreciate your responding to my post. I have given the serial number to multiple customer service representatives at U-Line over the past six months. I will give it to you again here, I hope this will finally get results. I sorry to say I am not expecting much since this has been going on for so long. It is a shame that it took publically shaming U-Line to get a response. We'll see if this results in a resolution. I will continue to post my review of U-Line ice makers on every website I can find until this is resolved. We are a nonprofit who serves children who have suffered extreme abuse or neglect, we do not have $2,000 to throw away on a non-working ice machine.Thank you,************The serial number is: *************Customer Response

I purchased a U-Line Nugget Ice machine,, Model No UHNP115, installed on Jan 25, 2022. I have not been able to use the machine yet! From the very start the ice had a very bad after taste. I must have emptied the ice 20 times as directed, thinking that the there may have been dirt or debris in the machine causing the funny taste. After no change, I called U-Line and was told to do a cleaning. I did the cleaning exactly as directed in the manual. However, in the rinse cycle, the machine over flowed (code 11) and stopped working. I called U-Line and was told, I shouldve shut the machine down for a day or so before performing a cleaning because the coils probably froze up and caused the machine to overflow. I had to put a fan in front of the machine for a couple of days till the water on the bottom of the machine evaporated and then was able to turn on again. For the next two weeks I tried again to dump the ice hoping that the first cleaning perhaps improved the taste of the ice. No Luck. I then tried another cleaning, leaving the machine off for two days prior to cleaning. Again, code 11, machine overflowed and not working. I called U-Line again, they sent a repairman out. Repairman agreed that the taste of the ice was almost a greasy taste, could not diagnose whats causing it. He even tasted my tap water to assure the taste is coming from the machine, not the water fed to it. U-lines response is for me to buy a charcoal filter to attach to the machine. A week after repairman came and us still not using machine, another code, P1, pump not working and I now have an ice machine full of awful smelling water. Im totally frustrated, paid over $4000 for an appliance that has never worked from the start. One more interesting fact, this ice machine replaced an older machine that was still working but was 12 yrs old and wanted a newer model before it went downwell I wish I had it back!U-Line Refrigeration, Ice Making & Wine Preservation Products Response
