Order placed 3/10 for XS Blackhawks dog coat was told at the time will ship in about a week and tracking info will be sent to me.Friday 3/18- Called business as I heard nothing from them- stated its done where do you want to pick it up was told it could be at either storefront. Reminded them I had paid $10 for shipping and expected it to be shipped. They stated more than once it will be shipped by Monday (would be 3/21) and tracking info will be sent to me.Friday 3/25- Called and asked again for tracking number was told it shipped last night and she had the shipping paper at the other store and promised to get the tracking info to me by messenger if her computer was working or she will call as the info is at another store. Saturday 3/26- Called again for tracking number after hearing nothing from this business. She stated she had a bad week and was busy and her computer is broke so she cannot get the tracking info but will be calling on Monday to find out where this package is. The manager/owner stated We are not responsible for shipping delays- which I totally understand but they are responsible that they could never provide a tracking number and prove it was shipped. Also it never showed ** in my *** my choice account Wednesday 3/30- still have heard NOTHING from them about a tracking number. Requested a refund from them for this product. Note: I am a *** my choice customer and soon as packages are processed to send to me I receive information on it. I have never received any information about a package from this company. 3/31- messaged them again at 10am. At noon filed a complaint with my credit card company who has already refunded the money to me. At 7pm received a text from the owner stating since "you tired a charge back it will not take months and the resolution date is July 4 TERRIBLE business and so disappointed. Of course never received any product- as it was likely never shipped.
