I ordered picture number 1 from the website and paid for the premium amount. Invoice attached. Picture number 2 is what was delivered. Not acceptable. Not getting a return call from the florist.

We contacted the sender immediately upon seeing this complaint. We were never contacted about this concern until this message form the BBB. We did however make the mistake of sending the wrong version of the arrangement ordered. We did send an appropriate refund to the customer as was agreed to during our conversation with her.
