On May 23rd 2023, I went to Forest ******** for a pair of Redline Vogue Tires. I was told they would be roughly around **** dollars new and installed. It was about 12 noon, I was told there was a 2 hour wait and that they would call when the car was ready... Got a call around 3:15 saying the car was ready. Got there about 4:20 p.m to pick my car up. I could immediately tell that the tires were not new upon pulling up....None of the stickers were on the tires and they looked worn. I took video of the tires on the car before going in to speak with anyone. They man who I originally spoke with was gone for the day. The woman that was there had nothing but excuses for why the tires looked worn and offered no solution but to leave my car until the next day in which I wasn't comfortable with doing so. So I just paid for the tires and left. They charged me $1,780.42 for used tires. Can you guys please help with **** situation?Business response

Both the owner and store manager spoke with **** about his New Vogue Tires.
We told **** if he was not happy with his new tires, he should bring
them back and a refund would be issued. **** declined our offer and told ** he was keeping them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Forest ******** lied. They told me I can take my car somewhere and get the tires taken off and they'll refund me if the tire weren't damaged being dismounted

We called **** and once again explained to him that Forest Tire would refund if he was not
satisfied. We told **** that he should bring the tires back undamaged for a refund.
**** acknowledged this and said he understood.
