I signed my daughter up for the learning lab to help with reading. At that time I was informed that Mrs. ******************** insisted that her program worked and if no improvement was seen after 6 months a full refund would be given. Once the 6 months had ended I voiced my concerns of no improvement and stated I would like a refund. At that time I was working with ************************* and was informed that she would speak with the owner to figure out a resolution. She stated she would call me back. She never called. After multiple attempts and voicemails left for ****** a call was made to the front office assistant ***. She was extremely rude and stated no refunds are given and that she would need to look into it and call back. Once *** returned the call she was again very rude and stated nothing can or will be done. I am requesting a full refund.
