On 1/6/23 I took a pair of Ugg boots to have a quarter sized whole patched on the toe of the * boot They owner said she could do that so I picked out the suede to patch the area. She said she would do it to both boots so they would match. I went to pick them up on 2/3/23 and paid for them. I sat in my car inspecting them and was unhappy so I walked back in. I told the employee that and showed were the stitching was uneven and some places double stitched. She told me the owner would call me when she got back to the state and I left the boots there to be redone. I received a phone call on 2/22/23 by the owner asking what I wanted. I said I want them fixed and the job was not done very professionally. She accused me of going into her shop the day I payed for them swearing, yelling, and calling names. I asked if she had cameras to prove I did that and she said no. I told her that I didnt do that and she accused me of calling her employees liars. She then went on to say that due to my behavior she will NOT redo them and to pick them up. After 5 minutes of her yelling and berating me she hung up on me! I am honestly intimidated to go back there and get my boots. They are all payed for. I payed for professional work so that is what I expect. I want them to look nice and be proud to wear them. That is all.Business response

I will begin this response by stating that I have been in business for 37 years and have never had a complaint submitted to the BBB. I have hundreds of 4.8, 4.9 and 5.0 star ratings on ************* ******** and Yelp respectively.
With that being said. I must disagree with the majority of your statements.
The first thing brought up upon my return was your boots. I was told by my employee that you and your friend belittled her and called names. She was still upset by the encounter days after it occurred.
I had called and left you a message on 2.7.2023. 15 days later, when I had not heard from you I called again on 2.22.23 to see what you wanted us to do.
I did comment that your behavior towards me during that call was unacceptable. I do find it curious that you inquired if we had cameras before denying your behavior on the day you initially picked up the boots.
I feel, and would like to express to you that there are better ways to voice your concern if your expectations were not initially met. I feel you could have more kindly communicated that to us because this issue certainly did not have to escalate to this point.
Against my better judgment, I do have your boots redone and you can pick them up at your convenience.
