Wonderful quality, great pricing. All promises were kept and the staff, particularly the installation team performed well above expectations. An honest company who can be trusted and doing business with them is free of hassle. Our curb appeal, house value, insulation and comfort are all improved beyond our hopes.

We had our large eat in kitchen cabinets refaced from oak to an ivory color with a pantry and contrasted our island to a wood grain look that all matched our counter tops and ********* lights. We are very happy with the outcome. This was a week long project and things were cleaned up at the end of each day. With a few mishaps and not the Installers fault had to order some addl items our project is complete. We also had a built in entertainment center cabinet refaced with a wood grain look all lighter. After talking with them at their booth at the ******************** August 2024, we contacted the Window Store to have the cabinets refaced in our 3 bathrooms. One of our bathroom cabinets was a custom cabinet that would have resulted in an expensive project if we had chosen to remove it and replace it with a new cabinet. The refaced cabinets are beautiful and the Oak matches our existing cabinets perfectly. We love the soft-close hinges and the high quality of the product. The project went smoothly, from start to finish, and everyone we spoke to at the company was professional and courteous. The installer, Todd, was fantastic and the workmanship top-notch! We were extremely pleased with our experience with the Window Store and have no reservations in recommending the Window Store to others.The Window Store, Inc. Response

We contacted the window store when they came around our neighborhood. The whole process from start to finish went wonderfully. They sent a marketing person for the estimate. Badmouthed the ****** out of there competitors for being higher priced than them. Day after measurements found two very reputable companies who did complet NEW installs, window store only REFURBASHES drawers and doors, leaves all the old stuff. Cancelled immediately, why have refurbished when you can have all NEW....AND at 50% of what window store quoted...YEs, 50%. Guess they should be badmouthing themselves!! They refused to refund me $4400 for a 25% penalty.. Why is this penalty on the back of the contract and not on the separate cancelation page the customer signs??? They kept coming up with excuses for keeping the $4400. Blueprints were done, project measured, etc...both these things came WITH the free estimates from the two companies for new cabinets!! Do the RIGHT thing, refund the money.Refusing to do so means you're not a good business!! SHADY! SHADY!! BEWARE!!The Window Store, Inc. Response

I empathize with the customer's frustration. We adhered strictly to our policies and the terms outlined in their contract. The refund issued was in accordance with our contractual obligations. The customer can cancel the project and receive a 100% refund within three days after signing. The kitchen measurement was conducted on Friday, June 28, and the company promptly contacted the customer on Monday, July 1, to arrange a measurement appointment for July 16. The measurement took place as scheduled on that date. Following the measurement, on Monday, July 22, the customer left a voicemail expressing his desire to cancel the project. He indicated that he had found another company offering new cabinets at a lower cost and quicker turnaround. During our conversation, he mentioned his intention to publish a negative advertisement and review, acknowledging the breach of contract while requesting a substantial refund. I informed him that my supervisor was unavailable that week and assured him I would follow up.Review from Maria B

Our 55 yr old windows were the originals in our house so we were in need of getting new windows. Bill and his crew did a fantastic job with installing them, making sure each one was installed and insulated correctly, and making our house look beautiful. Great quality windows and easy to clean. Would highly recommend them to others looking to update their home!!The Window Store, Inc. Response

In April 2024, I had the Window Store replace 5 windows in my house. Four of them were the original 1937 windows. I loved the look of those original windows but they would ice up in the winter and were drafty. The new windows are wonderful. Very easy to open and clean. The installers and office staff answered all my questions. I am very happy with my experience using The Window Store.The Window Store, Inc. Response
