Late September I started looking for a storage unit for my summer vehicle. I got in touch with storsafe of port washington an they said they could help me out. Everything sounded good, I signed the lease, and after I signed the lease the women noted that I had to keep car insurance on my vehicle while being stored. *** never had to do that, so I said I dont want this unit anymore than. She said I will terminate lease an you wont be chargerd. Its now November 14th and I owe $119 for a unit I have never been to, dont hold they keys for, dont even know what number the unit is. I have called storsafe of port washington at least 7-8 times over the last two weeks. When no one is in the office it sends you to a diffrent storsafe location and they send port washington location a email telling them about my complaint. After 8 tries I still havent got a call back. The person I talked to on the phone who had me sign the lease name was *********************. Im really starting to get worried about this and need help. Thank you
