I placed an order with you on 9/16/22 and it is now 10/29/22 and I still have not received the order. I have called '****' at the number listed on the site and I have left several voicemails which were never returned. There was never a tracking number listed and I cannot speak with anybody. I am extremely frustrated as I need these supplies in order to do my job successfully. Order #****. Please provide supplies ASAP. This is bad business.Business response

We sincerely apologize for our failure to ship this order. It has now been shipped via **** Priority, tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 83. We have advised the customer.
During a recent systems update certain data, including this order, was lost. Recovering the data lost during that short period has been problematic. Our systems are now in good order and we are working on the staffing issues that relate to phone response.
We understand that our products are often critical to patient care and apologize for the inconvenience this failure has caused.

Order #****September 15, 2022Processing$30.43 for 2 items I placed that order on that date and it is still processing. I tried calling and also sent an email requesting to have the order canceled and my money returned. I have not received any replies. I have sent a couple more emails that expressed my concerns quite clearly in concise terms. I feel this company is dishonest and have stolen my money. I just want my money returned.Business response

******************** payment of $30.43 has been refunded this morning. His order failed to ship due to a systems change over issue. His email regarding the subject apparently went to spam as a result of threatening language. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Customer response
