i placed an order with vermont bean and seed company for seeds. Order #****** and paid them $13.95 in shipping fees.they shipped the items but didnt pay the shipping cost.The U S ************** wants me to pay the shipping.Vermont bean and seed wants me to take a day off of work to travel to the postal service and pay the shipping which is there mistake.They expect me to loose a full days pay and then they said to send them the receipt and they will reinburse me in a few weeks. This is totally unnacceptable.Business response

Customer, ************************* from ************************************************ ordered 2 pkts of Squash seed with us o 01-12-2022
The Packaged weighed ***** lbs and was sent in a 10x8 Bubble Mailer. Flat Rate to send the Mailer was $1.36. If the seed had shifted in the package, it would have been bumped up to a parcel rate and that would have been $4.50.
It is a company procedure to request a receipt for the extra postage.
We will gladly refund the cost of shipping.
