I brought an ** laptop battery from ITPAS.com, Laser Pros International on August 25, 2021. I visited the ** website to purchase the battery but the site was out of stock. ** site recommended ITPAS.com as a site to purchase a replacement battery. The battery lasted just over 90 days before it would no longer hold a charge. When I initially purchased the battery, I ask how long is the warranty for the battery. I was emailed by ************************* of ITPAS.com and told the warranty was 6 months. When I contacted ****** on January 2, 2021 about the battery warranty, his respond was sorry but the warranty is only 90 days but I can offer you $35.00 off a replacement purchase. I would like the company to honor the warranty of 6 months that I was initially told of 6 months.Business response

To resolve this issue/dispute as a one-time courtesy we can either offer a full refund for your original shipment in reference to **** or send an equivalent after-market battery at no cost (the *** is no longer available). This battery would not carry any additional warranty other than working upon install.
Please advise. We would like to resolve as soon as possible.
