      We had the company insulate the attic. We wanted a flip up entrance to the attic but instead they did a crawl space hole that is on maybe a 45-degree angle located in between two-three steps. A logical person would have seen that this idea is a safety issue. Days later we went to try to get into the attic and we were not able too. We called the company; the company did not have time to come out around my husband schedule and again working the medical field I had another split shift. I took a video on how to get into the attic for my husband and ask the representative why did the installers do that? I reiterated that we asked for a flip up door to the attic and the representative stated the installers did the job wrong and there was nothing they could Do to fix the problem they created. This is not an excepted answer. Your company admitted you did the job wrong and should fix "your mistakes".We were never told to inspect what they completed, and the company will use this as a scape goat clause. I do not inspect the work a mechanic, roofer, sider, a person who installs fences. This male counterpart will use certain terms to degrade the intelligence of a woman. I work the medical field; I am an educated woman, and these male counterparts need to start treating woman with respect. This company has made zero effort to contact me. I will say it again Great Lakes Eco Systems Inc. needs to make good on their mistake and this should have been corrected when the first technician came out and said the crew that was here did it wrong. Instead of the technician stating nothing can be done he should have said I will see what we can do to fix the problem and get this taken care of immediately. There are two kinds of company's ones that brush their mistakes under the rug and those that admit their mistakes and fix it. My phone number again is ************. The company needs to fix the mistakes they did in the attic and place a flag on the fan all at once.

      This is a great product and company. We had the company insulate the attic. We wanted a flip up entrance to the attic but instead they did a crawl space hole. This is extremely difficult to enter for people with health conditions. I had someone come back out after the mistake and was told they could not fix the error otherwise they would destroy what was previously done. This is what I was told within the month of being complete. The fact is it was not completed the way we wanted. If you have a problem, the company will not work with your work schedule only their schedule especially when they are in your area. The thing is things were not completed the way we wanted, and they will only come when my husband is not available. It makes me feel like they want to take advantage of women. Just because women are polite, and kind does not mean that the company should take advantage of you, and they should do what you like. We also wanted flags on our solar fan to make sure it is working.

      I am happy that our customer likes our products.  I am not sure what the problem is, but am happy to try to remedy it.  I have limited knowledge of this job as it was over 7 years ago and we have heard nothing previous.  Since that time, my rep that wrote the agreement has passed away and my installer at that time is not available.  Looking at the records I can find, their job was rescheduled multiple times, not by us.  I am sorry it seemed like we were difficult with the schedule, but our records indicate it was you that could not keep the appointments multiple times.  As for the attic access, it appears this is what you agreed to, per the attached agreement and final checklist. I am not sure there is a way to make any attic easy to access for someone with a health condition.  As far as I can tell, the job is complete and the customer signed that they were satisfied.  Our records also indicate that after installation, our installed returned and made a video to give them, showing how to access the attic.  As for the flag on the fan, that is simple and we do not need access to the home.  That is done from the roof and we are happy to do that.  Our phone are answered from 9-5 weekdays and all messages left later are returned within 24 hours.  We are very easy to contact if you would like to discuss.
