Dangerous **** Violations 4/6/2022 FULL SERVICE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING, LLC installed a ****** **** in my home with dangerous **** VIOLATIONS on 9/1/2021. THe ****** Condensing Furnace was installed without a condensate trap recommended in the ****** installation manual. The omission of the condensate trap caused condensate water to leak onto a non waterproof electrical outlet. This **** violation can cause a dangerous electric shock. Deterioration of the electrical outlet could cause a fire. The electric outlet box was located directly over the *** valve. Full Service finally sent a service person to install the condensate trap and relocate the electric outlet box to the location recommended in the ****** installation manual. The relocation of the combustion gas piping resulted in patches in the NEW cabinet. The ****** Air Conditioner was installed by Full Service without any hook up to a condensate drain piping. Without the condensate drain piping ,condensate water would drop into my enclosed crawl space. The culmination of water in the enclosed crawl space would result in mold and vermin. I complained to the Town of Sheboygan who issued Full Service the permit to install the **** system. The Town of Sheboygan hired a **** INspector to investigate my complaint to Full Service to install the ****** recommended drain. The **** inspector ruled the installation of the Air Conditioner NOT APPROVED because there was no condensate water drain to the outside of the building..FULL SERVICE recommended that I contract another licensed **** contractor to install a **** compliant drain. I did hire a licensed **** contractor to install a **** compliant drain that cost me $425.96. I sent an invoice to Full Service for $425.96 that has been totally ignored.Im 83 years old and on Social Security. IF FULL SERVICE does not pay the invoice ,it means I paid DOUBLE for a **** approved condensate drain on the Air Conditioner that Full Service installed so I caBusiness response

The furnace did have a condensate trap installed internally for the combustion air per manufacturer guidelines. The trap that he is talking about is a manufacturer's option for condensate removal in the combustion air intake.
We did come back and rerouted the combustion air intake pipe and installed the manufacturer's optional combustion air intake trap. (The customer emailed Friday, December 31, 2021 at 5:15am and we offered to have an employee there on Monday, January 3rd at 10:00 am and the customer told us at ****** Monday that our employee had to have three covid shots or a negative covid test within the last 48 hours to be allowed in his home. We attempted to schedule a covid test, however due to low availability, we couldnt get in for a test to meet his required deadline. We told him we could send our employee (who was fully vaccinated at the time because he wasnt eligible for the booster yet) on January 5th at 3:00 which we did and completed the requested repairs.
We did not crawl underneath the home to verify that the air conditioner condensate line was attached to a line going to the edge of the concrete pad that the house sits on. Per our quote that he signed, we re-used the existing refrigeration lines and condensate drain lines to avoid extra labor and materials expenses for the customer.
The customer did not complain to the Town of Sheboygan until Friday, May 6th per an email to us from the Town. He contacted us on March 22, 2022 at 6:26 am asking about the condensate drain for the a/c. I then contacted the Town of Sheboygan to have an inspection also on March 22nd and informed the customer. On March 23rd, I told the customer again that the Town of Sheboygan had his information and would contact him to schedule the inspection at our expense. The inspection was completed on Monday, April 4th and the customer contacted us at *******. We told him at 1:02 that **** could be there on Thursday afternoon about 12:30. At 1:18 the customer said he was not allowed, and our other employee had to come but he must be fully vaccinated and able to prove it. We told him we dont have anyone fully vaccinated and boosted.
