      Bought dental insurance through Delta dental insurance company operating out of P.O. ******************************* I Was sold the policy under the premise that it would cove a great percentage of my dental bills upon trying to use the policy I was deny any discounts of services with their policy while also making it almost impossible to cancel

      This business was allowing one of their customers to use my account for paying their monthly Delta Dental bill. They had no policies in place to assure that their customers account information was accurate. They are refusing to return my money that has been stolen from my account and do not believe it is their responsibility. I was able to retrieve $60 using my bank to claw back the money. They are refusing to return the $140 even though they know who was using my account information. They should go to their customer and retrieve that money to refund me since they know who it is along with their account information.

      Delta Dental will not terminate my insurance coverage and continue in efforts to take money from my bank account for service I have requested they cancel. I want Delta Dental to terminate my coverage, and not contact me any further. I think it is a shame that a consumer has to go to this length to stop doing business with Delta Dental.

      I have not been able to get on the portal for 1 1/2 years. The system can not find me only on the portal. I have waited for callbacks and done very archaic troubleshooting back and forth with someone NOT in IT or skilled to fix the issue and have been told I need to wait ***** hours for a supervisor to call back and potentially hit my voicemail while I work. I am in pain and have had bone graft, implant and other surgeries that require me to see someone right away to address continuing issues. I will no longer spend wasted time havin someone read me off information that I can't see verify or take notes on during business hours. This is the worst customer service I've ever had from any provider and I've been with Delta Dental in my home state. I'm contacting the corporate executives and sales teams on social media at this point for help.

      So I took out the dental insurance through delta dental. I was given services & was assured by the agent while set me up w insurance I would be fine. I also was told that my services will be covered as I had had a previous dental insurance in which was covered. They denied aALL of my charges to Ruvertown Dental in ******* **. When I contacted the State of ** ( I have state insurance) they said they should take your state & your reg dental insurance. I SHOULD NOT have a bill!! When I went back & forth w my dental provider I said I was contacting Delta Dental if WI & disputing. Shortly after, I was sent a letter of delinquency by my dental provider. I pay my premiums every month EFT & timely! This is is not fair & I believe my dental bill should be paid in full by the Delta Dental. This is why people pay their premiums & have insurance. People are getting ripped off from both ends. This is an unfair practice by both parties & should be addressed. I now owe $1572.00 with no answers from **************** @ *********************************************. I should have been covered for all services & was NEVER told about a 12 month waiting period; especially having dental insurance prior. Please address this issue as I have received great care from Rivertoen but have been tossed & turned because I am recipient of BadgerCare/Medicaid. I truly think they discriminate in some ways against people who do have this. Not only that, but I have 2 ********************* have a bill at all thank you ?? ?? As you can see from the enclosed photos, nothing was covered.

The complaint was filed by a subscriber to a DDWI dental benefits plan.While we understand the consumers frustration, without a signed release from the consumer, DDWI is not able to release any information because of confidentiality requirements of the **************** Portability and Accountability Act of ****, 42 U.S.C. 1320d-9 (2010). DDWI has responded to the original complaint directly to the consumer by letter. The consumer will need to allow several days for receipt of mailed letter.

      I have communicated to Delta Dental numerous times through out 2022 as well as recently to cease billing my bank account for a membership that I assisted for another person on their behalf. The member enrolled communicated to them on 3/25/2022 that to make sure this was cancelled at the end of her contract year being April 2022 and not to have it auto renew. Delta Dental continued to **** my US Bank account $29.90 on 6/1. I have emailed them twice this week on 6/1 & again on 6/2 with no response whatsoever from a representative. I have provided them all of the necessary information, however again radio silence. My desire is very simply to reimburse the amount of $29.90 for the 6/1 debit within **** business days concluding this resolution and to no longer **** my account going forward. After researching prior complaints with Delta Dental this seems to be a very common practice of them. Furthermore I have attempted to resolve this without filing a complaint, however their lack of follow up is the cause of me filing this.

      My wife and I have been members of Delta Dental insurance continuously for the last 15 years. After we renewed our membership for 2022 Delta Dental of Wisconsin informs us that we will have a 12 month waiting period in order to be covered for some dental procedures. That is in conflict with their statement that the waiting period would be waived if one had qualifying dental insurance in the previous year. I have asked them, many times, for an explanation but, get none.

      I contacted Delta Dental 2 weeks ago about a claim and they have not responded after numerous attempts thru their website. My dentist submitted a claim 2 weeks ago electronically and they say they have not received it yet. This company has very horrible customer service! Horrible!

      I wish to pull this complaint as it turns out the problem was mostly caused by our dentist office. Thanks for your help with this matter, as Delta dental did contact me.
