    My name is **** **** I lived in ****** ** ***** ***** Property Management property and ****** ********* and I moved in here in November of 2022 when I moved in I didn't have no heat I had I didn't have the whole that whole winter that first winter they kept telling me I had the maintenance man said I had you I kept telling him I didn't have it one way I had to use heaters little plug in heaters am I electricity went sky right rocket because I had no I paid about $1500 between November and April 2022-2023 so I called around let's see August September of 2023 letting them know I will not go without heat this time this winter I said don't send out your maintenance man cuz he don't know what the hell he's doing I said send somebody that knows about furnaces so they send out that is named twin Court custom climate and this guy that showed up I mean he must have been between 25 maybe 30 years old at the latest oldest so he comes to check my furnace to see what's going on so he walks down the stairs he gets down to the bottom of the step and he goes oh I see your problem I see it right here here it is is that there's two wires that are on the side of the furnace that weren't connected so soon as he connected those two wires I have heat I have heat so I decided to have a meeting with my landlords about them reimbursing me for the 1500 I spent on electricity because I didn't have any I feel their responsible for that because I can't tell me I have heat and I kept telling him no I don't and it kept making a noise too if you annoys like and then all the sudden her plunk and I kept telling them that too so when I went to this meeting on August 11th with my arms worker and I'm talking to her name is Brandy I'm talking to her and telling her that I feel that you guys should reimburse me because I didn't have heat and I paid $1,500 for electricity for that winter because I didn't have heat and yes I had to use a little heaters I had no choice so she was telling me that I had heat

    Like I was saying they had it for 3 months in their name ******** and when they put it back in my name they took all my money and I paid it well as far as I know and it is La La it's responsible for it to pay for it well they didn't pay for it when I was at the meeting she was telling me that they did paid I said well why isn't it reflecting on my account there so she told me it was like $8 or something and the next time we want 147 something and why isn't it reflecting on my account then I have no idea but we paid b******* what I found out was is that ******** has an account with Minnesota power and that money went to their account the money that was supposed to be for my to be paid on my bill on my address it wasn't it went to theirs so that was a bunch of c*** they didn't pay for it not at all okay so when what up and this was August 11th well August 15th I find a letter on my door here is from ****** telling me that they're not going to renew my month to month lease no explanation but see I went and got a lawyer and me my arms worker and the lawyer no that it's retaliation but there's still nothing I can do because they passed that law saving that when you're on a month to month lease they don't have to give you the reason why they're not going to leave but I mean it's obvious I mean come on 4 days later and now they don't want to renew my lease I had no problems with them no complaints with them if I went to get went to that meeting I want to set that up and went to it I'd still be here and before I found this place I was homeless for 6 months living in my truck with my dog now I can't find a place in my budget area one bedrooms are over $1,000 and then then you got to have three times the income and your credit score has to be good and so and I can't find a storage unit either so now I'm going to end up being homeless again living in my car with two dogs again I called ****** and left her a message and told her that she's going to leave me homeless

    Now ****** knows why she did it and she knows it's wrong and it's also against the law to evict somebody for retaliation but we can't we can't prove it you can but we can't do nothing about it there's a lot of States landlords don't have to have an excuse for month to month but I haven't done anything wrong text these people to this company and now she don't want to it was her now she don't ain't going to renew my month to month why what did I do wrong because I wanted to be reimbursed for not having to eat that is so sad and I'm wondering if the owners know about this. I wonder if anybody cares I'm 61 years old with two dogs and I cannot find a place it is not right it ain't Fair and she knows she's doing wrong cuz why would you turn around and boot somebody for having a meeting with you please somebody tell me that I don't know what to do I can't even find the storage unit supposed to be out the end of this month September 30th and every day every day I've been looking everyday I've been going to places and looking at them I'm trying and I just I don't know what to do it ain't right what she's doing to me it isn't right I don't know if anybody will save us I'm hoping that but ***** does cuz it ain't right it just is not right ****** you know this ain't right everybody's going to know about this it's sad that they passed that law because you know what landlord ain't got to have no excuse no nothing and they can just boot your *** right out that was the worst thing they ever done the worst law that they passed I hope that ******* read this you got the president and was that the vice president the brothers obviously I just don't get it four days after the meeting and it's on my front door we all know it's common sense will tell you ****** did it for retaliation don't feel guilty about it either I guess huh cuz I called there today and left her a message because it's the truth and I'm going to prove it and then I'm going to make u pay u going to regret this day ******
