      I second exactly what the person in the previous complaint against this company said. I literally have NO idea what so ever! Who this company is or why they are trying to charge me $14,000? All these complaints filed.. 100% negative feed back on this company everywhere. I'm starting to worry if they actually stole my identity. Idk this all very sketchy. *********? never even been to *********. Maybe they got high eating some bad cheese or something and made mistake and will fix it. All I know is around the same time there are multiple other things on my credit report that aren't mine. Accounts with big companies and credit cards. Addresses attached in states I didn't/don't even live in. The concerning thing is all the other stuff is with well know companies that are obviously not doing an identity theft scam. There was a random Wireless account opened. I have a business account with another provider for decades. I never opened a new wireless account. There's credit card companies, I have open good standing accounts with to this day. Around the same time as other accounts were opened with 2 CC companies. The cards were maxed out and never made one payment. The billing/mailing addresses attached are in a completely different states from my actual card. Cards that I've had since before, during, and after all this mess. To this day still open and have always been in good standing. Those other cards we're open maxed out. Then left without one payment Being made. Those are all big companies they didn't do this. However, this "Bay Finance" hmm everything I can dig up on them seems to be some sort of rip off or a scam.. what was this $14,000 loan for?? Am I the proud owner of a 10 year old ***** Civic? I'm just now finding out about?I saw one guy said they were charging him... $3,000 for a Vacuum? Huh?! For a VACUUM?! Does the vacuum clean the whole house by it's self and then make you dinner? $3k that thing better do more than just **** up dirt.

      I am not aware of this company. I do not have any contract with collection agency, Bay Finance. I have not signed anything, nor did I approve of them having my information!. They have not provided me with the contract between me and them as I requested showing any type of agreement and its way over 30 days that I provided them to respond to my request.

      This company will not understand the situation I try to explain to them. I so-called was verbally given 90 day trial on a purchase of a Hyla vacuum. Knowing I wouldn't probably keep the unit I went ahead and signed for the financing. The price was way out of my price range. Around half way through the guarantee I called to have the vacuum returned. I got no answer from the salesman so I called Bay finance for further instructions. I was told I only had a 30 day guarantee and they more less couldn't do anything about it, that I would need to deal with the salesman. I told them I couldn't get in touch with the salesman and he must have taken my contract with him. I don't have it, just a hand written bil of sale on a " grocery list" pad. Every once in a while I would find Bay finance/Aqua finance had pulled an inquiry on my credit. I've attempted many times to call them and tell them to remove the account because I will not pay the account due to bad sales and business ethics. My balance keeps increasing and dinging my credit score. At this point now I could buy 6 of the items at where they show my balance. I researched the value of the Hyla vacuum and was blown away and strengthened my decision I would return it. It's just been an all out mess dealing with this issue.

      Aqua Finance, **** (AFI) is in receipt of the complaint filed by ************. AFI appreciates the opportunity to address the issues ************ has raised. We take this and all complaints seriously and have conducted a full investigation into his claims. We hope our response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter. We offer our findings below:


      On 06/28/2018 ************ entered into a loan agreement with Holistic Air which was later assigned to AFI to finance a vacuum in the amount of $3,624.50. Copies of these documents can be provided upon request. On 07/09/2018 we conducted a verification call with ************. During that call he stated he had a copy of the loan documents,agreed to the terms of the loan and agreed to the financed amount of $2899.59.


      On 02/20/2019 AFI contacted ************ due to a past due balance. During that call,************ stated he would not be paying the loan as he requested the vacuum to be returned. We explained to him that his 3-day right to cancel had ended on 07/03/2018.


      AFI reviewed the inquires listed on ************** credit report and determined that the inquiry for 08/03/2020 would be changed to a soft inquiry. 02/22/2022 we submitted an updated data form to the credit bureaus. Please allow the credit reporting agencies 3-5 days to update this in their system. We will follow-up directly with ************ when we receive confirmation that our request has been processed and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
