On 3-1-2022, I took my 2001 BMW 330ci to Scrub A Dub located at **** ***** **** *** ** ********** ** and went through the car wash at approximately 4:00PM. When I left the car wash, I heard something dragging underneath my car on Brown Deer Rd. going west. At the gas station on 107th St. and Brown Deer Rd., I looked under my car to find a plastic piece not fully attached to the car. I also noticed the cover on my driver's side mirror was missing. I went straight back to Scrub A Dub and complained. The employee I spoke to wouldn't even give me his name. He commented a dent in the driver's door and tried to use an accident as an excuse for parts falling off my car. I said "The accident was in August of last year." After Scrub A Dub, my car was not drivable. I asked him what he was going to do and he did nothing so I called AAA and had my car towed to 1Collision Auto Body Repair in Menomonee Falls where I had an appointment at 9AM the next day for a repair estimate. Immediately before I went to Scrub A Dub, I picked up my car from Weissman Auto in Germantown where Ryan worked on my car. Weissman has been servicing my car for a couple years and they know my car inside and out. I called Karen at Weissman yesterday and told her what happened to my car at Scrub A Dub and that I would be referencing Ryan because he would have noticed, alerted me to and attached any loose body parts on my car. 1Collision Auto Body is now reattaching the loose piece on the underbody of my car and the mirror. I asked them for a separate estimate to repair the damage caused by the Scrub A Dub car wash. Two days after I went to Scrub A Dub car wash, I am still without my car and will have to pay for their time fixing my car. My mirror cover is scratched and will have to be replaced or repainted. Yesterday I called Scrub A Dub Claims Adjustor, Kevin O'****** at ************ and left a message. He returned my call today and told me they were not going to do anything to repair my car.
