Aug. 5th gave them $800 as down payment. Tried calling them on Aug.7th but they where closed. called them on Aug 8th in the morning I did test at advanced auto to see why check engine light was on and said transmission problem. Told the dealership they said dnt worry it on recall and u have warranty. They then told me I had to take it to a **** dealership to get it verified that was the problem. which I did 2 days later **** called me and said it was transmission mutual and it could take up to 6months to get the part that it's on back order. Then I called classic motor and they where to busy to call me back so I went to them and told them what **** said. They said I took to the wrong **** even though they told me any ****. I said I bought this car n 2 days into I have been having problems how is this my problem? I'll bring the car to you and u can take where u want. I pick car from **** on 27th street and brought back to classic dealership. They took to **** on 108th in west allis they called me and said the same thing as the other **** but they said they can do it today for $2050 that's it not recall. I called classic and told them. they said let me call u back. they called me back and told me there picking the car up and there going to fix it. It will take 2 weeks to get the part. well I said I need something to drive in the mean time. went 9 days wit out car . They told me I could get leaner from them so the 9th day I get leaner that car has the check engine light on to for the same problem "transmission. If the car gets to hot from the sun it dnt recognize the key. I was stranded at wrk the first 3 days of driving this leaner car. windows open in order for it to start . T hey didn't want do anything about this lender car so I still have it. I called yesturday Aug 29th asking since I didn't get to drive my car but one day if they can delay or extend my 1st payment until I get my car back and they said I'll call u back n wontBusiness response

good afternoon. She took to her local dealer and was told there was six month wait for a transmission. We are trying to locate either a new or used transmission to fix. This is a known **** problem. This shortage goes all the way back with the covid
problems. We have explained to her all of this.

Earlier this morning I filled out complaint report . I wasn't able to send able to add documents. I'm home now and I can now. I was trying to ask classic motors if they can delay or extend the 1st payment since I haven't had the car for the whole month and they still have the car. waiting for it to get fixed . The bank holder is *********************** I thought I would be able to Email the pics of everything I have but it's not letting me attach the files to the email.. If you need any of the paper work let me know . thank you for all your help . my numb ************
